5 star service from when you get there from when you pick up your vehicle. Karri at the front desk makes sure she gets all your info with what’s going on with your vehicle. A big plus is most auto shops you have to figure out how to get home/work not here they got with a courtesy ride. Jason is a top notch mechanic doesn’t beat around the bush and gets straight to the source of the problem. I am beyond happy with the service I got when I took my truck here. On my way home from picking up my truck I felt the power of my V8 I haven’t felt in a long while and I had to call them and let them know how happy was. Highly recommended!

I learned about Hi-Lo from a word-of-mouth recommendation from my sister. My car’s check engine light had come on, and I was getting some unreasonable quotes from other mechanics. Hi-Lo’s actually made sense. Not only that, but they offered a shuttle service to take me back and forth from the shop to work, which made the time without transportation feasible. By the end of the workday, they had it fixed. Great service. They’ll be my next call if anything else goes awry.

Everyone at HiLo voltage was something I haven’t experienced in decades. They were courteous, kind, extremely knowledgeable and they actually did what they said they were gonna do and what they said was true in the end. Awesome Service, from start to finish! Usually, I try to get the lowest price, of anything, in this case, a smog, and off the recommendation of Carl(Susie’s Registration also- Great place/easy in and out) i decided to try it, since I’m already here, and there are two businesses in one, and Karri-was at her desk, doing lunch, and seamlessly, finish and immediately, ask what can she ,do for me and it began- Customer service, is off the chain( GREAT) Karri, got me in and out! Great personality and sense of humor! They give discounts also!
