We are from another state and got a nail in the tire and every place in Salem didn’t want to help us at all and at 9:00 at night, Carlos and his crew welcomed us with open arms, fixed the tire and was gonna charge us nothing for it. Best place and people we ever could have asked for!

Carlos is the kindest most helpful man I’ve met in a long time! My daughter and I broke down in Salem on a Friday evening on a road trip from DC and he took my car when know one else would and worked on it all weekend. I can’t say enough good things about Carlos and his team. Highly recommend!

Needed a new clutch I bought one myself they gave me a price and they agreed to install it. Took a couple days and when I went to get it he jacked up the price by $300 because they did it wrong and had to do over. When I told him that was bogus he said he had the keys and didn’t have to give them to me. When I got the car back, he said he drove it and it was fine but when I left I had to pull over at a gas station, call him, and wait for his guys to come and fill the radiator. The car was over heating because there was NO fluid in it! The radiator cap was also missing. The horn was gone and I needed an alignment. It was a ridiculous mess. I was NOT happy with their services and I will not be doing business with them ever again. Update: soon after I posted this review, someone ripped my gas cover off and put something inside that destroyed my motor. So ironic, one of his guys lives in my building. Horrible ppl

Mixed experience. They did brakes on my wife's car, and everything was perfect. The were responsive, kept me updated, let me know when they ran into an issue, perfect overall. I brought my daughter there for a repair, and a 2 hour job turned into 4 days (to be fair, I was not expecting it back same day, it's a small shop and I understand they are busy and I was not their only customer). She picked up her car after she called multiple times and texted with no response and the check engine light came on almost immediately after pick up. I called about 6 times, went there and no one was around, called a few more times, texted, nothing...... Turns out they left the mass airflow sensor unplugged. A simple oversight that is perfectly understandable, but the lack of communication after something so trivial makes me hesitant to go back or recommend this place. I really thought I found a decent shop I could trust, but if they can't own up to a simple mistake and would rather ghost people, I guess it's their loss.
