Great family owned shop and gas station. They've been in the business for years and are knowledgeable about the vehicles I've brought for service and inspection stickers. They're quick and they've always answered my questions about issues I've had, even when one repair was under warranty at the dealership. They still helped me get the answer I needed quickly and I'd highly recommend anyone to visit if in need of a repair for their vehicle!

I honestly can’t thank these guys enough for their ongoing honesty. They do not take advantage of any situation whatsoever, and dealing w them has consistently been smooth and reassuring. The issue is always resolved quickly and they’re great with communicating along the way. Super knowledgeable. As a plus, they’re also just extremely nice, all around. Long overdue good review for Spiros! I was referred by Town Fair Tire after they could not complete an alignment on my vehicle. My car is 11 years old and the last thing I wanted to spend more money on. I called ahead and was told to bring my car in anytime and they could accommodate me. I brought in the next day as early to opening as I could. I wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me because he was so kind, easy going and took my car immediately in for diagnosis. I watched him drive it into the shop – it was that fast. They called me by the time I got home – may 30 mins later stating that the right front control arm was stripped (despite being put in only months prior by the Sunoco Peabody), and needed new bolts and to be put in properly, the left control arm was also not good, and the rear brakes were junk. Vlad spoke with me about what could be put off (not really anything) and that in the long run it’s worth it to get all this work done today to save money in the future. They gave me a discount – for no reason! I approved the work to start and they were done within a few hours. I was not able to pick up my car until after hours – and they took payment over the phone and allowed me to come when they were closed. Inside my car was the receipt but also a pink baseball hat from Spiros! They are the best – I will absolutely return in the future. The price for all of that also was close to what I paid Sunoco for the “new part” that destroyed my car. So glad to be referred here!

Came for inspection knowing my tires did NOT look like this. Biggest mistake was driving off the lot. Called to try to resolve it. They denied it, of course. Fine. But then they started arguing with me belittling me. He said he didn't even check the tire... (but you have to for inspection??) Not the behavior of an innocent mistake. Really tired of places that hate women. Guess I'll get patched somewhere else.

My mother has been using this place for car repairs for past 5 years. Her 2005 Camry exhaust needed to be replaced. They quoted the exhaust $1800! If you could see my mother in tears. Was not pleasant. We got quotes from two other shops. Shops that specialize in exhaust & guess what the price total was? $700!!! We got the job completed with quality service and did not get robbed! How do people like this sleep at night? Good thing my husband & father knew that price for exhaust was fabricated & robbery. Because it was. Would NEVER recommend these scammers. SHAME ON THEM!

I have been going here for 5+ years and I thought they treated me fairly, up until a week go. I had some problems with my muffler on Saturday, I knew the garage was closed so I called them on Monday and told the person who I know was one of the mechanics, not mentioning any names, what was wrong with my muffler, so he called me back after he confirmed that he checked it out and told me everything that was wrong with it, he mentioned everything grant you it was a 2005 Toyota Camry he mentioned the catalytic converter the muffler was all patched up from years past and I’m gonna need a whole new exhaust system, I ask well how much will that cost he said 1800.$$ my mouth drop and said I don’t have that kind of money, I’ll have to get back to you. So I called a couple of people and they both said the same thing there’s no way that cost that much, so I did as my friend said and got a second opinion, took the car and had the same nod done for $700. More than half of what I was quoted through Spiro’s I will never go back there again.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Don’t let them touch your car - I got a bad entry on my vehicle's CarFax because of Spiros - it all could have been avoided. Too many other reputable shops around - so my advice go elsewhere.

Couldn’t be happier with the work iv gotten from these guys. They have always been transparent and super helpful. Brought my car in because it was jolting while accelerating and driving, at first we couldn’t figure out what the problem was but the guys took it for a test drive and ran a diagnostic test and kept checking everything out until they found the problem, and fixed it up at a reasonable price! thank you!!

I LOVE SPIRO'S!!! My AC decided to give out in 90° weather, of course. Steve took care of me and began figuring out the problem even though my car gave him some trouble. He did not give up and figured out the real issue. He and Chris were wonderful, and I will always go back to Spiro's ... even though they may run if they see the blue Jetta pull up :) The Blue Devil is feisty 💙. I recommend them 100%. I had a great experience here. Just moved to Salem and got my car registered from a different state but my plate from my last state could not be taken off. They took it off and put my new plates on, no charge first thing in the am before work. The next day (yesterday/Sat) I went back to have an inspection. There were 4 people already waiting before they opened. But the staff had me wait in another area and saved my place in line. Fixed my blown tail light. In and out fast and treated so well.
