The gentleman in the middle at the front desk went way out of his way to locate 8 lug studs that I desperately needed to get my 16 ram.3500 back on the road... all other local auto part stores didn't even have a part # for the lug studs and he was able to find me the 8 I needed after doing a lil research of his own... extremely pleased with his ability to go above and beyond to locate the parts I needed with out any part#... will be back for any other auto part related items

My experience going to Carquest to find the auto parts that I needed for my 2006 Nissan Altima was outstanding the gentleman that helped me I knew exactly what I needed and I knew exactly what to look for when she helped me with the experience I had today which its May 3rd 2021 is the best experience I've had in an auto parts store ever I finally I found the parts store that I am going to be going to thank you Carquest Auto Parts headliner Auto Parts and the prices were outstanding I'm not going to any other auto parts store ever again. These guys stand behind their products and are knowledgeable. They have always been fair and have even bailed me out of a situations that were my fault. Save your receipts!!! Take a pic, scan your receipt, whatever you need to do, they will stand behind their warranty as long as you do your part and save your receipt. I saved a receipt for approx. 2 years and they replaced an alternator for me!

Top notch customer service. I called every parts store in Fresno, before I found them, looking for a Subaru alternator. I received quotes from $350-$700, and all had to be ordered taking several days. I called Headliner and they sourced it locally within 2 hours. Subaru estimated 4-5 days, and I had it in 2 hours from Headliner for around $300.

I needed a pair of air check valves for a quick repair, they didn't have any in-stock however, their inventory sytem showed them available at a nearby store (one of their competitors). They gave me the info for the other store and I was able to get the right parts right away. The Carquest employees were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to take care of the customer. Thank you for your expertise and assistance with getting the right parts. I will definitely be back the next time I need parts!!
