I’m so disappointed with this business. I brought my vehicle for repairs over a month ago and just got it taken out of there to get repairs done somewhere else. They didn’t even touch my car from the time it was there except to take my things out the back and claim it was stolen after someone “cut their fence.” They never call and updated me once the entire time it was there. I have to go in personally just to see if I can talk to someone who knows anything about my car. Even then, it seems impossible to speak to anyone that knows anything. Any question me or my insurance appraiser had, they never answer honestly or avoid answering. All the employees look at each other before even saying a word back to you. Very skeptical business going on here. Theft and burglary is supposedly common but NEVER reported to authorities or even the owners of the vehicles. It’s like let’s see if they even notice. Seems like they are the ones stealing from customers if you ask me. The manager tells me she’d call me back but never does and avoids talking to me when asking about serious concerns. Even when concerns are addressed to whoever does answer the phone they never call back like ever. I now have to return my rental and pay out of pocket due to a waste of an entire month of no repairs being done. They lied about everything especially what they were working on. The communication skills were awful. Also when I told them I no longer wanted services done there, especially since they didn’t even start the manager tried telling me it’s going to be an issue. Which I don’t see why when they had not even started on the car. Super sketchy place, never going here again! Most definitely do not recommend to anyone.

I would have given more stars but the manager and mechanic were not wearing masks in the store. They didn’t even greet us upon entering. Just ignored us. No one went over the repairs. They just handed me the keys and some paperwork. There is also an unhealthy dog that is in the building roaming around. Not a very professional place at all. I actually was not feeling good about trusting them with my car. No eta was given and staff was rude and eating at the counter. The repairs were fine in the end.

I got referred to this business after damaging my car and Tonya was very helpful with helping me get setup and was supportive when I had to cancel my other appointment with another shop because they weren’t gonna be able to get me in until 25 of January I literally talked to Tonya on the 15th of January she got me in on the 18th and my car was fixed by the 21st of January. Really great service and quality! I recommend and would go through them. Mind you they are 40minutes away from where I live and the other car shop was only 8 minutes. However, I would take the drive to get my car fixed by then again!

Dropped off and then picked up my dads car since it was needed for repairs. They did an excellent job in terms of what needed to be done. The rear bumper was damaged and when I came to pick it up it almost looked brand new in the back! Thoroughly impressed and the staff inside are quite nice and informative when it came to what was expected when it came to the repair and when to pickup. Took about a week as they are busy but I didn’t mind at all. Thank you!!

Experience was VERY easy!!! Once the estimate was done and appointment scheduled for repairs it was a cake walk. When dropping my car off had a rental car there waiting for me super convenient and easy! Good communication throughout the repair process! Easy pick up and very good job with all of the repairs. I would definitely recommend and go back!! Natalie in the office was super helpful!

Service was professional, kind, upfront, and fast considering supply chain/parts shortages. I was scheduled a month out, they took my ride on the date scheduled and had it back to me a day over a week. They kept me informed on how the process was going along and worked easily with my insurance agency. There estimate was pretty spot on and my car came back looking great. They repaired some auto body damage from an incident. Color match on the pint came out great. Even cleaned my car up a bit for finishing touches. Overall very happy with their friendly and fast service! 5 stars

Updated 09/18/25 I brought my wife’s 2017 Lexus RX450 F-Sport in for repairs in the last two years, and I was satisfied with the service. So, I decided to bring in my 2010 Lexus for a repair as well. The repair was completed within a week (including drop-off and pick-up). Once the repair was finished, I immediately noticed the gap, and a day later, it had become wider. I was told it's an aftermarket part. I informed Tonya and stopped by the shop so she could see the gap shown in the attached photo. I'm sticking with five stars since I'm dealing with great people at this shop who are doing the job right for me. Thank you! ========== Updated 10/13/23 I had to raise the star rating for this location from 4 to 5. The overall experience, communication, and timeliness of the repair were excellent. We were initially quoted 4-5 days, but it ended up taking only 2 days. The staff kept me updated via texts at every step. Everything felt real-time and seamless. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of Tonya and Nathali. They are both outstanding! I also want to acknowledge the crew working inside the garage—they're fantastic. Because of this exceptional experience with these Carstar professionals, we plan to refer friends there. A friendly lady answered and recommended I inform the claim center that I wanted to go through them for the repair. So, I contacted my insurance and let them know. On the day of the appointment, I met Natalie. She greeted my wife and me, then went outside to do the estimate. We scheduled the appointment and waited for the repair day. She also arranged a car rental for my wife, which was very helpful. From my perspective, Natalie is talented and a multitasker. Regarding the body shop, I can't see inside, but from the outside, it looks decent. I would give Carstar five stars, but I want to wait and see how the repair turns out.
