The folks at Kent Collision may just be the BEST in the industry. They are definitely the best Body Shop I have ever been to in my life. Lets start off by talking about the staff. Competent and responsive with the willingness to bend over backwards to get your vehicle back on the road. They do all the heavy lifting while you sit back and wait. If you have some bumps along the repair process they will clearly set your expectations and deal with the insurance company so you don't have to. When it comes to finished product I can tell you my 2015 Camaro - which was damaged on the passenger side door and rear quarter panel - looks factory again. This is my baby and I bought her with 13mi on her. She looks like I just drove her off the lot. Amazing and unmatched workmanship not only due to their state-of-the-art Laser guided machines - but their experienced workers - who obviously take great pride in their work. This is a family owned/operated business and it feels like it from the minute you speak with them on the phone. I had a plethora of choices to have my baby repaired and Aaron explained to me when I wanted "The Fastest and the Best" that sometimes you cannot have both of those and he was right. It took a little longer to repair due to the large job it was but you would never know my vehicle was in an accident. I guarantee if you want quality work with a family atmosphere and an honest business relationship who have integrity, you can't go wrong with Kent Collision. You won't be disappointed - unless you go anywhere else!

The work done was pristine. The timeline it was completed was relatively quick. Any interaction with any of the representatives was always passive. The only reason I didn't go for 5 stars was communication. I loved the impression this company made on my wife and I, so I hope their communication improves. We were never updated on changes, progress, or arrival of parts. We were told they had no idea when anything would be complete, and with the current state of affairs, I understand that. We had to rent a car and needed a timeline in order to budget for that cost. Every time we called, we were told they would keep us posted, but every time we called there was new information that they didn't update us with. The day before we needed to return our rental, we called to check in. Not only did the part show up that we were waiting for, but the car was finished. Communication is an integral part of customer relations. Just to reiterate, I'm a happy customer, just would like to encourage improvement.

When I was hit by someone who didn't know how to look both ways at a stop sign. This company did amazing things, worked with my insurance got it done a few days before quoted. Great communication! They even give you a jar a jam to feel better about being in a sticky situation. Highly recommend!

Felt lost when an uninsured driver hit my Tesla. Knowing how difficult it will be to repair. I contacted collision shops around me and was lucky enough to get a hold of Lexi who took care of me from step 1 til the end. Not once did they miss my calls and i received updates throughout the process. When i received my tesla model Y, it was like picking up a brand new car. Everything lined up and matches without any scratches as if nothing happened. Shoutout to Lexi !

Great shop! I brought in my 2021 Tundra with a scuffed rear bumper. Lexi and Austin kept in communication with me throughout the process with what was going on. I was provided a quote for additional paint work on my door. I opted not to go through that part at this time, but the shop did fix my bad attempt at my own fix. My truck is back to how it was! They were listed on the Tesla site as an authorized repair shop, which is where I started from. Good Stuff: - Firstly the gentleman I spoke with was very accommodating to help with the prelim estimates and getting that expedited to be sent over to my insurance - they were able to accommodate me within 10 days of initial estimate approval (this is touch here as the parts order itself takes 1 week or more to arrive) - there was very honest and upfront information sharing and the final quality of work was great. - saw very little friction between my insurance and the shop, which again was a relief Overall while getting your car repaired is never a happy experience, this place did make it a little less stressful.

I highly recommend Kent Collision! Everything from the intake of the car until completion went smoothly. I was very hesitate to come here as at the time, there were no reviews for Tesla's being repaired here. I've had a very poor experience another Tesla certified repair shop that was rated 4.9 stars. I had also gone and got another estimate from another 5star review shop on the Eastside. Without going through all the details, it was not only MUCH higher of an estimate, the timeframes and out of pocket expenses were incredibly high. However, after taking my Tesla Model S Plaid in for an estimate to Kent Collision and talking with Austin, my mind was put at ease. I can't emphasize enough how the service was hands down better than the other "highly rated" shop. Austin took a lot of time with me throughout the entire process and took extra steps to help things go much faster. He even preordered some parts before I even had my car in the shop so that I wouldn't be without my car until they had the parts! That is something the other shops would definitely not do! Austin has been there throughout the process as well as after. To summarize, if you are at all hesitant taking your Tesla here, rest at ease, as I feel you'll be in very good hands!

Some idiot backed into my car when my car was parked in a parking lot. He took off w/o leaving his info but thankfully, my attorney firm managed to find him. I called Tesla but they only do body shop in Bellevue & Lacey location. So, we decided to go to Kent Collision since they were the closest (at 30mins away) & they were certified to work on Tesla cars. Went in for an estimate in early October. Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my “audio system unavailable”. My horn & alarm wasn’t working. So, we took it back next day & dropped off my car. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. Also, they also forgot to peel off the tapes on both sides on the inside of bumper. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn’t pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!
