Letting me know by phone what process my truck was at and e.t.a. The truck turned out great, just like new. CarStar just fixed my Buick Envision (lease vehicle). Danielle worked with me throughout the whole process. I called 30 minutes before close, and showed up maybe 10 minutes before close, but they still looked at my car and took down all info needed for my quote. They got me my quote early Monday morning, and got me scheduled to come in the following Monday (which was super awesome). They had my repairs done a week after drop off- awesome again! Danielle kept me updated throughout the week on the progress, and walked me through everything they did when I came to pick up my car. They cleaned it inside and out, making it look and smell brand new! They had no issues using OEM parts and following GM rules to a T, as it is a leased vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough! Super friendly, yet professional, and very efficient. As a younger women, it is rare that I leave any car related scenario feeling respected, and not like I’m being spoken down to or manipulated, but CarStar has proved to be a wonderful company and so I felt very compelled to write this review!

I was recommended CarStar by my insurance company after hitting a deer in town. My front end was really in bad shape after the accident. Lisa (who was my main contact with this whole process) called me the next day after I submitted the claim, she was amazing, very fast and professional. She called me a towing company to bring my car to their shop, which he came within the hour to do so. I was set-up with a rental car the same day and was all set and they had it all in their hands. Lisa would call me every time there was an update with the process, on what is going on and the projected finishing date. There was just a small issue with some parts, but that's not their fault at all. I just picked up my vehicle today, and I can say I'm more than impressed. My vehicle looks brand new! They did a free detailing and the warranty on the parts they replaced is more than generous. Thank you folks at CarStar, and thank you Lisa for the outstanding help through all this! You made a stressful situation very pleasant. (Before and after pictures attached, don't mind the snow, it's what happens up here).
