Wow I'm so rude and very disrespectful and charged me more than the estimated mean for fixing my water pump altogether you know how I like 6808 which I thought was ridiculous and as soon as I questioned if he came violently belligerent and threatening my child is still terrified

I gave his two stars just so I would James believe it is Jim or James-50 Stars if I possibly could can you charge me more than a shop would charge he said something about how there was a core charge for the for the parts and I would get some money back in the end and I didn't see anything he completely ignored me and blocked my phone calls after the time frame was up because she said it would take a couple days to get the core not to mention he had his kids running around like wild children like inappropriate a business

Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. Rented a house in Duluth for the weekend. Woke up Saturday morning and my truck wouldn’t start. He came out quickly determined the starter was bad and had it replaced right there in the driveway in a few hours. All for a very reasonable price. He saved Christmas for my kids as we had a scheduled Santa visit and he made sure to give us plenty of time to get there.

My car died while I was driving yesterday.. I have four young kids and couldn’t imagine going days without it. Jim was here within fifteen minutes!!! I called to ask for help, and was treated like scum then hung up on. The car needs an oil change, and a transmission flush. I was able to get no answers. He simply wouldn't talk with me. My car has been well maintained, and until this issue, has been in great working order. While I haven't had work done by this shop, to think this is an okay way to treat people or run a business, shouldn't get you far. I won't forget this.
