They are worst, prepaid for the tires and maid an appointment 2 weeks later and no tires in. 3 weeks later and tires are still not. Almost impossible to get them on the telephone. Tire guy said I would have to make an appointment for tow weeks later. Stay away from this place it horrible.

We went in for batteries for the golf cart. They came out, unloaded the old ones , had the new ones on a cart waiting for us and loaded them up. The guys in the service center were a big help. Thanks guys.

I called to schedule an appointment to put tires, and TPMS sensors on my car. I already had new tires, and I didn't want to drive my car too much because one of my TPMS sensors had a bad valve stem. I made sure to ask if they would install tires I purchased elsewhere, and they assured me that wouldn't be a problem. I made an appointment for a week later, and when I got there they told me I would have to purchase their tires! They tried to sell me some B.S. about possibly harming the tires, because they weren't one of their brands. On top of that, they didn't have all of the TPMS sensors either! Our family's business has been shopping at Sam's since the early 90's and have been using their tire center for almost as long, but I certainly won't be using it anymore. It's fine if you buy their tires, but if not they'll just lie to you and waste your time!

Great experience! The guys got my new tires installed in 45 minutes. That is unheard of at the other tire shops in town. And Sam's Tires is running short handed (like most everyone else these days). They were friendly and courteous to boot. Highly recommend.

Sam's themselves would typically get a 4-5 star review, but I had to just call to setup an appointment for tires and it was awful. Some call center with someone who barely could speak or understand English and would keep asking the same questions over and over worded differently. Finally got things figured out when she finally transferred me to the local store to talk to them. I was as the point of cancel this and go to Fleet Farm because of the phone service.
