Had 2 tires put on , put the tires on front , wanted them on the back . They then said they had to put them on the front . Did not follow my instructions , I was in the store the whole time , they could have asked me first . They ask them why they did not contact me , they had no answer , gave me BS reason .SAD !

I am a loyal fleet farm customer and have purchased many tires over the years. I recently scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation, which is free since I purchased the tires there. When I arrived I told the lady at the desk I was there for a tire rotation. She said it would be an hour. I questioned why it would take an hour for a tire rotation, as this is usually a fast service. She insisted it would take an hour. So I pick up the car an hour later and as I'm leaving notice the receipt says 4 tires balanced. Upon inspection they did balance all 4 tires, which I did not want, and did not rotate the tires. I said tire ROTATION 3 times before handing the car off so it is clear someone here does not know what a tire rotation is. Needless to say I will be paying someone who knows what they're doing.

I used their online scheduling for an oil change. I got there and they told me that they changed my appointment to 1pm instead (I had an 8am). She said she gave me a call and left me a message but I did not receive any voicemail or message. She said that online, it allows you to schedule appointments that are not available. I rescheduled in person for the next week as I could not do the 1pm while I was there. When I showed up to that appointment, she said I didn't have one. It was the same person I had scheduled with. She offered to reschedule yet another one but I declined as I already wasted 2 trips to Hermantown by then. I ended up getting into Tires Plus in Superior and had nothing but a great experience with them. Since both their online and in person appointments did not work, I won't be trying again and will continue going somewhere else!
