I had no idea where to go when I started having problems with my BMW. I called several places and actually drove to a few more. Some places could not even look at it for weeks, Others were afraid of a BMW. After hearing that a place had opened in Rockford (CARSTAR) and that even though it was on the other side of town that it would be worth the trip. The Staff at Team JC Auto Rebuilders was not only knowledgeable & professional, but actually friendly at the same time.
