This, by far, was one of the most friendly, helpful, and honest places I have every gone to for used cars. I have done quite a bit of shopping over the years for vehicles (personal, kids, friends) and this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. In fact, I had been to 7 in the last two weeks! Mark (the salesman I worked with and owner) was open and honest about the condition of the truck we bought (which was in excellent condition with a few small flaws which was not much for a 2005), worked with me since I had to travel from an hour away to look at this for a relative of mine, and was a blessing to talk to and work with. No high pressure, no dishonesty, no trying to "hide" things about the vehicle, just great communication and integrity.

I love both Josh and Mark! Amazing people who truly care about putting you in a safe and reliable vehicle. He gave me a really great price on my Nissan Rogue. Even my bank that financed me was impressed on the price! Also, when I had an issue that wasn't foreseen about two weeks after I bought it, they fixed it... no hassles! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to check them out!

Walked onto this lot an hour before close, and was able to leave with a car in excellent condition! Mark was super friendly, and paitent. Even stayed open after hours to ensure we could leave that day with a new car. He offered to trade in our old one, and hauled it away for us. Mark's kindness made our car search stress free. Great experience with Mark, Josh, and their mechanic buying a vehicle and trading in my old one. Very friendly, honest, patient, fair pricing, kept the lights on for me when I stopped in near closing time, and even took care of a couple issues with the car that I hadn’t noticed prior to purchasing that popped up soon after. Great service, great people, can’t recommend them more. And if you happen to catch Mark and they’re not too busy, ask him about the Dutch meat clerk joke.

I haven't had car luck in Michigan. I don't know much about them after living so long in the city. Luckily, Josh was there to help. Absolutely five star experience! I stopped here on a whim after work one day since I was in the market for a new car after my timing chain blew out, and Mark showed me a great looking Honda CR-V at a fair price. I walked in fairly unprepared, but I left that first day having had a great interaction with the whole team and next steps to take. Within 2 weeks of meeting for the first time, I was driving my new (to me) car. When I had a problem shortly after purchase (it was the door lock actuator, common problem, started happening after a week) they got me an appointment and replaced the mechanism for me for free in 2 hours. I would absolutely recommend Cascade Cars to anyone in the market. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and real with you and you will always leave there having learned something. Absolutely amazing experience and service. Go here!

I had such a great experience buying a car with Mark and Josh! I had to do the majority of the purchasing process over the phone, and they were so responsive, answered all of my many questions, and even were so kind as to drop off and pick the car for me at a local mechanic so it could get inspected. The car was a great price, they made sure it had new tires, an oil change, and everything that it would need to be roadtrip worthy. The paperwork was taken care of so that I wouldn't have to go to the Secretary of State, and they went out of their way to help my mom pick up the car post-purchase. If you want fair prices, an honest dealership, and no pressure, this is the place to go. Thank you for everything Mark and Josh!
