Had an appointment for 9:00 AM and called to get in early as I had an unexpected meeting. They got me in at 8:30 AM, got right on my truck and I was done at 9:30. I had knocked my perfectly aligned front end on a curb and it was pulling slightly. I complain about everything, but I would say that it is actually better than before. The mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles. The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions. This shop deserves the best ratings! My dog also approves!
