Max AC quit working and AC not cooling very well. Mel quoted $775.00 to repair and later called to increase quote to $995.00. Picked up the truck after repairs and AC was still not functioning and Max AC position still not working. Took truck back and Mel stated he did not have a computer to change the codes to fix the Max AC issue. Bald face lie. He claims no problem found, took truck out and still all the same issues. Called an AC repair place and the only thing I told them was about the Max AC and they suggested looking at the vacuum line to the heater control. It was broken and I repaired it in less than a minute and all functions were working. Asked Mel for a refund on some of the labor and he refused.

These people are life savers! My 2018 Elantra had started idling while in park and at brake. I call the dealership to see if I can bring it in but they said they couldn't look it it because it's their short day and said they could schedule me on 10/04/2023. I couldn't wait that long, so my brother referred me to Cedar Dr Auto repair. They were able to diagnost the problem, which bad spark plugs and a bad coil, and fixed it the same day. Great service and hospitality, I'd recommend to anyone!

Last year I went in for an inspection and everything was wonderful. The woman behind the counter was friendly, and the mechanics were quick and efficient. I always try to support small businesses, so I went back again this year. When I first arrived, the mechanic was the only one there, and he was already doing an inspection. This business does not have interior seating (or AC), so I opted to stay in my car and wait patiently. Shortly after, a man pulled up next to me, and he got out. I guess he was meeting his wife there as she also pulled up. During this time, the woman who usually works there also returned. The mechanic knew I had arrived before the other 2 people, but because the woman was friends with the husband/wife, she immediately started the paperwork on their inspections. I chose to sit in my car because it was 90° outside, and I'm also disabled. I was VERY disappointed that I was completely ignored by everyone, even though everyone there knew I was next in line. So, if you are okay with standing outside in the heat to wait for your turn, this place is fine. Otherwise, it might be better to find a place with a lobby (if you are disabled or have children). I chose to give my business to someone else.

Horrible place!!! Tell you one price then change and still don’t fix what’s broken, but will sure take your money! Definitely is better places around here to go to that don’t lie and keep charging you random prices to get your car back. Oh wait… but for it to not work STILL!!!! Went back the same day it was picked up now you can’t fix it. Biggest scammer ever! You needed the money more than me I guess. May God bless your soul Mel.

Wonderful owner. 12/10 recommend! He got the job done on both of my vehicles. The fixed the a/c on my husband’s truck. Charged him a very reasonable price compared to everyone else we called. We took my car because it wasn’t running correctly. He found the problem & fixed it. He will NOT over charge like all these other shops. I definitely highly recommend you to get your car serviced at this shop if you every need to. Very honest owner. Something you don’t get nowadays. 🤍😊

Mel was awesome! My car broke down on a road trip, turns out it was my transmission. He took the time to diagnose it and make sure I didn't have to spend the money On a whole new one! Super honest, helpful and kind people. Great customer service and so friendly! Highly reccomend!!

Great little find!! Because of road construction, not the easiest to get to, but pricing is under most larger shops. They did a tune up and replaced front brakes on my SUV. Did a great job! In conversation, I learned the head mechanic Mel was a diesel mechanic in the Navy. Always good to do business with veterans! They seriously know what they're doing!
