I had come from Austin to Galveston on May 13th. I was headed back to Austin on May 14th in my new 2022 Mini Cooper when a notice on the car dash indicated Low Tire pressure. I had just gotten as far as LaMarque on my way back to Austin. Since I didn't know what to do, I stopped at Coastal Direct. I used to live in LaMarque many years ago, and I had a similar problem with another car. My husband also had some work done on his truck there. This company always helped us out. I told Matt Jaggers my problem. He took my car to the back shop and checked Tire pressure on all tires. They were all different. He made all of them the same correct pressure. He assured me that this should solve my problem, and it did. He wouldn't accept any payment. I appreciate his help so much. I was a woman in distress. I would rate his company and him as a 10. I got safely back to Austin. The reset button was set and no more problems. Thanks to Matt.

We had rear brake work done on our 31’ Class C by another shop and almost had two accidents within 120 miles because the brakes were squishy making stopping suddenly impossible. After calling Coastal Direct Auto they made time to fit us in immediately and after an inspection found the previous company did not bleed all the air out of the brakes creating a dangerous situation. Matt and his team at Coastal Direct were awesome and we will certainly come back to them when in the Galveston TX area again.
