I admit I was a bit skeptic when trying them out due to my fair share of shady mechanic shops. But they seem to be the real deal!!! I never experienced such a thorough inspection in all my life. I just fired my mechanic because with thier skills and warranty guarantee 💯 I don't see any shop that comes close to these guys. Excellent work 👏 👍

Brought my car in when it was having issues starting. They did a diagnostic and then fixed it with an hour and didn’t charge me anything!! I was in shock. Even if the fix was minor, they still put significant time into it and I know nothing about cars so they could’ve charged me a few hundred and I would’ve left grateful that it wasn’t more. I’m so impressed with their generosity and honesty. Not only that, but Chris (I think I’m remembering his name right. So sorry if I’m not cuz he was so nice!) walked my 3 year old son around the garages and showed him all the cool cars they were working on. Thank you so much for your kindness and I hope your shoulder surgery goes well!

This place is hands down the best shop ive been to . They addressed my main concerns and questions I had. They ordered a part for me and it took exactly 2 days to come in like promised and they called me right away . The staff is welcoming and it feels like they are a big family. They also did not try to upsell me or talk me into getting more work done then the main concern like alot of mechanics do with women . I truly loved it there and I will be a returning customer thanks so much guys

I can't say enough good things about Velocity Auto Repair! From the moment I first called, the service was truly exceptional. My point of contact, Chris, went above and beyond and made the entire process so easy. He expertly managed everything from start to finish, from the initial diagnosis to the final pickup.😁 He clearly explained the repair options without any pressure and even handled the communication with our stubborn warranty company. Throughout it all, he provided regular updates and ensured my vehicle was taken care of. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I had a serious “self-inflicted” problem with my Ford F-250 Superduty late one afternoon and Chris stayed late waiting for the tow truck. They were up front with me and told me that the issue I had wasn’t a quick fix(I’m from out of town and this is my company truck) and that, in their experience, fixing my truck could be upwards of $20k! I told Chris that I have a company credit card and my company instructed me to fix this problem no matter the cost. THIS is where I started to worry because I just met Chris over the phone, and all I heard was upwards of $20k. Well, long story short, my truck was fixed in literally two days and is running better than it was before I had the problem. On top of that, when these guys could’ve taken advantage of me and ran up the bill, it was less than $5k! They did what they had to do. They were HONEST from start to finish.(in this day and age, that is hard to find!)…Honest, Efficient and Friendly. That’s how I would describe Velocity to anyone!

1st visit to Velocity, honestly I was nervous, but others reviews seem to be great about "Velocity"so I called, to ask about a leak occurring inside my car, I spoke to Larry who was so pleasant over the phone, asked about my issue, I was Leary being female due to most places trying to up sale or telling me issue with my car that I did not even ask them about while totally ignoring my issue, Larry listened, he said he thinks he knew the issue I was encountering so scheduled me right away to have my issue checked out and to get a diagnostic check on my car. He made me comfortable to let me know I would receive a form, including an email showing the diagnostic of my issues on my entire vehicle so I could see from my own 👀's, and also located the issue of my leak and had it fixed in no time👍🏾! I had no issues with pushes for up sales, but of course as he should, to let me aware of the remaining fixtures that are needed, and to feel free to schedule soon to keep my vehicle healthy, and had also let me aware of finance options that are available to me. I appreciated that and my leak has stopped. I will be returning back in the future, thank you Velocity.

I used Velocity years ago for our older cars. Service was good but in general it didn’t have the vibe of a “professional shop.” I got a quote at my “current” shop for brakes on my truck recently and was shocked at the price. Decided to try Velocity again and was super impressed with the service, communication from the tech and the total attention they gave my truck. Their estimate was lower so I went with them. The work was completed right at the time they said and the price was even lower than the original estimate! Every thing about Velocity was impressive.

I'm so grateful for Velocity Auto Care who saved the day for me! I drove into Galveston from Spring, TX (nearly 90 miles) early this foggy morning to work on a special project for my employer. A moment after arriving to my destination while pulling into a parking space, the brake line on the front passenger side decided to splice open and drain the brake fluid onto the concrete below. Praise God this did not happen while driving down IH45 and that I had arrived to work safely!! But, now... iI'm wondering.... how am I to get home? I called my faithful friends at AAA Roadside Assistance who hooked me up with another awesome company called League City Towing. My polite and professional technician safely and efficiently towed my car to AAA accredited Velocity Auto Care. When I called Velocity and spoke with my service advisor Larry Smith to explain the situation about the spliced brake line, he was already aware since my towing technician had already kindly explained it to him. The mechanics fixed the brakes in excellent timing and I was homeward bound by 5:30 PM! If I could give more than 5 STARS for Velocity Auto Care, I most certainly would! Many thanks to Larry Smith and the auto mechanics who helped me get home safely today! ❤️

The guys here are honest and reliable. Larry was kind enough to get me in for a same-day appointment since I was coming from Galveston and had limited time after work. I came in for a second opinion after being quoted over $2,000 elsewhere for something that apparently wasn’t even broken. The team at Velocity did a thorough inspection and confirmed that my struts were actually just fine. I truly appreciate their integrity and transparency. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely looks out for you instead of upselling unnecessary repairs. I’m very grateful for their honesty and would absolutely recommend them! I will be bringing my car here for any future repairs.

Have taken vehicles in for simple oil changes. This time I took my 2001 Ford Ranger XLT in for a howling scream from rear end. Rear diff bearings shot. It was more cost effective to replace rear diff with a refurbished diff...to include axle/brakes with age of truck, now at 25 years. Worked with Chris at front desk. Long story short, rear end was replaced as mentioned. Truck has been running smooth since repair, no noise and continues to shift normally with auto transmission. Repairs of this nature cost $$$, so it was no surprise, as it shouldn't be to anyone else. Velocity gave 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts. I wish I had the skill set to make my own repairs, but I will be selling truck now, as original owner, to someone who hopefully does. Truck is at a lowly 181K for it's age. Many thanks to the crew at Velocity to keep my old, well maintained, truck on the road. Well done Velocity!
