I bought a scooter charger from this store, but just two hours later I found my original charger at home. I went back to return the new one and asked for a refund. The price was $21, and I even offered to take $15 back instead, just to be fair. However, Mr. John refused completely and said he couldn’t do it — even though big stores like Target and Best Buy allow returns in similar situations. When I tried to contact him later, he kept hanging up on me. Honestly, this is not how you treat customers. I had a very bad experience and will not be coming back to this store again.

I brought my scooter in for a tune-up, thinking it might need to be left overnight because they were slammed, but one of the guys looked it over, and in less than 5 mins tightened and tweaked everything he saw and could easily adjust. Also suggested a few future maintenance things for me to keep an eye on over the next few months. Above and beyond customer-first service!! I’m new to the area and this is now MY shop… and should be yours as well!

Gabe really took care of me I had dropped my e move off for flat tire and didn't get a call for a month that it was done so when I picked it up I noticed my tire was low so he filled it then I go to use it and the tires flat again so I went today and they replaced it for free today and totally took care of me. I love this place only place I go. Go get an e move there fast fully suspended and go 40 miles.

Quick service and very fair pricing (I needed new brake line, took them less than 2 days to repair/replace). Very knowledgeable - would highly recommend for all scooter repair issues

Great location just minutes from Boston were I live. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. I had a issue with my ienyrid M4PRO S+. Great e-scooter shop! Dave is a true professional & banged out 2 rear inner tube repairs for my 2 e-scooters back to back. My only minor complaint & reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the labor prices are getting pretty expensive, but I wanna support these guys and support this local business so I bring all my e-scooter repairs to these great guys…

Ok so let me start by saying if your thinking of getting a fast, fun, reliable scooter this is the place to go.. I called and talked to Benny about a specific scooter I was looking for, sumthin I can take on the road with me and get around on my down time.. He recommended the TeeWing X5.. this thing is insane.. I’m a big dude(305lbs) and this thing is insane.. it absolutely got me up to 55 with no problem so riding gear is must, had a few people looking at me like I was insane.. 100% would recommend to anyone looking.. also, u get a lot of extras with the scooter (seat, cell fone mount, air pump, tool kit, and charger) which is cool too… I’d like to thank Benny and Gabe for the time that they took out of their day to explain everything about the scooter and to also inform me if I needed any work done to it to bring it by and they’d check it out.. I like knowing I hav a local shop to bring it too and not hav to worry about shipping it out…. Sorry so long but reviews mean a lot and I don’t play when I write them.. check these guys out..

My scooter got back working within the same minute and even took it for a spin to make sure it continued to work. They also gave me tips to prevent ny issue from happening again (they told me it was a common brake lever issue). Would definitely recommend for anyone having scooter troubles!

Dropped in with my girlfriend's scooter after she had some issues with it. Had an excellent experience with the staff who were able to quickly figure out that her brakes needed to be tightened and her tires were low. Super grateful for my experience here today! A kind worker helped me with my scooter - you can tell the passion behind what he does as he was curious to learn more about the issues I was having with my scooter (a shaky handle + the handle would turn too far to the left or right) and went above and beyond to completely fix it! He did not even charge me for the diagnoses of the issues with my scooter and for tightening my scooter in the areas necessary — all for free. I was very happy with this place. My son’s scooter wasn’t working properly because the screws in the handle bar kept coming out. Gabe rethreaded it and put in new screws. The environment was very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend ! In the future if I decide to purchase another scooter, I will purchase from them.
