Absolutely the worst reservation experience. My g/f made a reservation to treat a scratch. We went there on time and they returned us back saying they cannot do it at the time. Second time we attempted to go there which was again arranged days ago, we decided to give them a call in advance. Their only response was "Come here, we will try to do our best to have a look at your car". When we asked for a firm commitment, their only response is, "Then, dont come" Additionally: The treatment was originally quoted for $1400. When we pushed, they said it can be done for $300 as well. Some people mentioned their positive experiences. However, I do not advise this business. If you are a person who values their time and money, look for another service.

I’ve had a great experience with CLM. I had a complicated situation where I was rear ended by two different cars in a 1 week period. They helped figure out how to split the damages into two estimates and helped me communicate with the other drivers. The work was done really nicely and very quickly. I’ll continue to go back!

Rob and CLM Auto are the best car-related experience I have ever had. Rob is so nice, honest, funny, and so easy to work with. My car had extensive damage from being continuously parked in a very small garage (self-inflicted wounds on each side, very deep) as well as scratches on both bumpers, and I knew I'd need to pay out of pocket. His quote was incredibly reasonable (even more so when they threw in additional work for free to repair more damage than expected). Other garages quoted me 2-5x and some said they couldn't even do anything for me. I can't get over how perfect the car looks - it looks brand new. They got every dent, bump, scratch and issue resolved. Can't recommend them highly enough!

After my car was smashed into by a drunk driver, it totaled up to $8,500 in damage to my 2019 BMW X5 x50i. After insurance and all that, it went to repair at CLM. Absolutely impressed by the timeliness and repair work they did. Beyond exceeded my expectations. They even went out of their way to make sure everything with the car was working and running smoothly. They even replaced a fuse that had blown just out of good faith. Absolutely the best place to get any and all repairs done. They are friendly, honest, and very professional. 10/10 recommend - thank you for your hard work!!

Nothing but flawless, I brought my car there about a month ago, my engine was destroyed and I was ready to let it go, I got in contact with the owner who worked with me on getting a new motor, him and his workers replaced it effortlessly (it's not a easy motor to replace trust me) AND they did a great job and timely efficient. fast forward a month later still with the work Mario put in it runs great and it was done at a reasonable time and very good price. I would recommend every person I know to go there. Update 07-08-25, car still runs and drives like when I first bought it, never had issues after being serviced with the motor. still think about how I was going to junk it but blessed I didn’t do that! and now I am able to pass down the vehicle to my child. Thanks again!

I own an imported Italian sports car which needed some front end repairs done, including a headlight replacement and a bumper cover repaired. The damage to the car wasn't very noticeable to the naked eye, but I knew it was there and bodywork specialists could clearly see the damage. I knew when I bought an Alfa Romeo, just getting parts for it would be a headache in itself. Getting the stock, removing/installing the headlight and repairing the bumper cover would not be an easy job, but I was optimistic because I've done business in the past with CLM. Rob and his team were honest, straightforward, super helpful with my budget and beyond professional. I genuinely appreciate how much time and effort his team put into repairing my car. They even worked with my insurance company to get a new bumper cover instead of repairing the old one and replaced all/any used hardware with brand new hardware for said repairs. I'm wholeheartedly convinced not only would any other body shop not take on this job, but no other body shop would have put the blood, sweat and tears into making my car look seamlessly perfect like CLM did. The staff did an amazing job and I can't thank them enough for their time and hard work. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I had a great experience with CLM Inc Auto Shop, thanks to Rob. I was in a tough spot after scratching someone’s car and needed a reliable and fair solution. Rob was very understanding from the start. Another shop had quoted us $2000 for the repair, but Rob offered to fix it for less than half that price, which was a huge relief! The scratch was pretty big on the bumper, and Rob not only fixed it quickly in just a few days, but when we came to pick it up, he had actually replaced the bumper with a brand new one at no extra cost. The work looked fantastic, and throughout the whole process, Rob was honest, transparent, and a pleasure to deal with. His sense of humor also made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Excellent experience. They repaired damage to my 9yo car after I was rear-ended (insurance covered that); I also took advantage of that appointment to pay to have a separate scrape repaired. Both previously damaged areas look brand new. Great coordination with the car rental place + with insurance. Car was cleaned (inside and out) when I picked it up, too.

After I had the worst experience with at HiTech body shop, I took my car to CLM and the experience I had here was outstanding. I spoke to an insurance agent and they told me to take my car here instead, the difference between the last place and this shop is astounding. The owner, Mr. Robert, is a very honest and professional person. When I came to pick up my car I was so happy with how my car looked, it looked brand new after they fixed it.
