I cannot sing the praises of Hi Tech Auto Body in Cambridge, MA enough. I was the unfortunate victim of a rear ending which required my bumper be replaced, a fix for my trunk door had to be done, and some undercarriage work had to be done on my 2015 Honda CRV. The insurance company sent me to Hi Tech and they were professional, kind and courteous from the get go. All of the work was completed and meticulously so, and when I picked up the vehicle you would have sworn it was brand new. The body work was outstanding and the car drove like I had driven off the sales lot the first time ever. It looked like they had even detailed the interior of the car as well. If you need body work done, please go here. They are honest and good people who will not do you wrong. Their work is exceptional. I am beyond thrilled.

It’s aggravating when your car gets damaged and needs to be repaired. My insurance recommended Hi-Tech Auto Body Inc near Fresh Pond and now I am recommending them to you. Friendly, personable service at the desk, Moe and Matt were great at explaining everything. My car was repaired sooner than expected and completely detailed right down to shiny hub caps. My experience was all around amazing. The owner, Daniel, is awesome. He took care of me throughout the process, made sure everything was taken care of, and was all around a pleasure to do business with. Everyone else there was super awesome as well. I had my front bumper replaced and it's perfect. I had the back bumper replaced by another shop years ago and it never really fit right but I can tell they took the time to make sure it was put on right. Perfect pain job, and they vacuumed the inside of my car! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Auto. Daniel and everyone else there was awesome! If I ever have to get more body work done I will be returning.

Daniel and his team are 10/10 THE best. Couple years ago my car was t boned and Daniel was the guy to fix it. One of the nicest, humble guys in the business. Today I dropped my jeep off for a diagnostic and Daniel and team spent 2+ hours FOR FREE diagnosing then fixing the problem. These guys are the best. If I can give this place zero star I would. I went there a few months ago to fix my car door from an accident and waited 3 months for them to fix it. The bill was originally 1200 and ended at 4k. Call multiple a day to get an update.Poor communication my car was better somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.

So I don’t even know where to start, this guy called Mo messaged me on Facebook looking to buy an Audi A4, anyways, we agreed on $3400 (we have all the evidence) and we drove over 40 min to drop it off the car… as soon as we got to the place he said that he was only gonna pay $3000 which is crazy. Now he’s sending us messages that he just wanted to take a look at it, keep in mind, we drove from far away with the car & title in hands. I’d never do business at this place if you have people this shady working with you…

Daniel (the owner) is very professional, helpful, and so very kind. He explains the whole process clearly and walked me through the entire repairing process with patience and always made time to return my call promptly. He also arranged my rental before I got to the shop and made it so much easier and stress free for me. The shop did an excellent job with my vehicle and it was fully repaired within 10 days. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a body shop.

After I had an accident, my insurance recommended this place to me. I took my car there and at the time i had to go pick it up they didn’t let me see the car until I signed the papers. I asked them what had to be fixed in the car and they started showing me a list of everything and they didn’t fix one of the doors that was damaged by the accident. The lady told me that it’s okay you can call insurance and tell them to fix it somewhere else. I was very disappointed by her answer, they didn’t care about the damage on my car. I signed the papers to get my car and when I saw my car i knew that only pretended to fix my car, it was all wrong, my car was worse off then it was when I brought it to get fixed. The new paint never matched, the hood was uneven with the rest of the car, and the headlight was only glued on. They didn’t even have the intention of doing a good job. As soon as I got home I called the insurance with complaints of how they left my car. I do NOT recommend this place at all for even the smallest job your car needs, go somewhere else.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Hi-Tech this month as they did body work and painting on my Mazda after a hit and run. It was quite the journey going through my insurance and took longer (on insurance's end, not at all the shop's!) than expected but Daniel and the team were incredibly forthcoming, friendly, and helpful the entire time. Their quality of work is also amazing. I cannot stress enough how positive my experience was especially considering that the insurance part was more complex than everyone expected. 10/10 service all around!
