My bulbs were working fine until I went there for oil change and suddenly one bulb goes bad, happened it twice(2 different cars) , definitely sure that they are the ones making it go bad to make more money. Stay away from this dishonest shop.

Super kind, took me in for an inspection and oil change an hour before close and put two guys on the job to get me out of there faster without me even asking. However I asked them to fix my brakes which were squeaking and they chalked it up to salt on my undercarriage and never fixed the squeaking, but charged me for the labor of rotating my tires without diagnosing. Went next door to Honda and spent $900 to have the rotor and brake pads replaced, which actually did solve the problem 6 months later.

DO NOT COME HERE these guys will 100% try to pull a fast one on you. I came here for a small check up and keep trying to add stuff one. THEN they tell you that you need it done otherwise you can’t drive your car out of the shop which is absurd!!

Bad customer service and no knowledge of hybrid vehicles. I went in with an electrical issue, but they did nothing to solve the problem because they lack experience with hybrids. Despite being referred by my insurance company for a diagnostic, they charged me $95 without providing any real solution. Not recommended at all—especially if you own a hybrid.

I’ve been Gustavo’s customer for 5 years. Now he works here, I took my car for inspection and fixing dent. He’s always patient with my questions, and always answers or shows the damage clearly and kindly. He listens my needs and safety including financial concerns, and that always helps me to prioritize what needs to be fixed right away or what can wait. He also never forces anything and tells me when things are unnecessarily. That’s why I trust him. I live little far now so I tried few different repair shops near my house to get the estimate for dent, and one said $1500 and another one said $3500. I didn’t know who to trust anymore and they didn’t take their time to explain it to me either. So I ended up taking my car to Gustavo and it was definitely worth it. He explained everything clearly, and he fixed it so well and so quickly. The price was more reasonable than other shops too. I really recommend contacting him especially if you don’t have much knowledge about cars and don’t know who to go to. Everyone else at this shop also has been nice to me and glad I got my car fixed there.

I have always been coming to Eli’s shop for years! Since my mother first came and then me following along side. Eli and his team have done nothing but fix any damages or services that need to be done for my car! I love the team and all the effort and work they put in. I highly recommend if you need ANY work done come on down! The vibe is amazing! I suggest all my friends and family to come to Eli and the team before going anywhere else! And the results are beyond your expectations. Forever will be a loyal customer! And this will FOREVER be my shop. 3 days before Christmas some stupid person rear ended my car and I thought to myself why me! What am I going to do mind you just got my car didn’t even have it for 2 weeks! Brought it right to Eli and the team! And boom! Brand new like it was NEVER hit I was already expecting a great wonderful job but it was more than I expected it is literally PERFECT! And got my back in what I feel was a more reasonable time then I thought it felt like I brought it in and got it back the next day(not literally haha) that’s just how I feel. I missed my car soooo much! Again if you need services for your car, any damages fixing, and or kind service and some laughs Eli and his team are your guys!

I've been bringing my car to Abe's Auto for over 4yrs and I won't be returning. My engine started making a clacking noise, so I brought it to Abe's. The diagnosis was that the pistons needed to be replaced and the quote was $1,600. I decided to go ahead with the repair, but when I received my car back the noise was still there. I was told to give it two weeks and drive over 600 miles. They charged me $1,300 as “they did not need to go as deep in the engine.” Low and behold, time and miles went by, and the sound not only remained but grew worse. During this time, I also discovered that the bolts holding the front grill to my car that were removed to access the engine for the piston work were never replaced leaving the grill capable of flying off (see photos). Further, I also paid for an oil change as part of the piston repair and the change oil light was never reset, which was mildly annoying. After a few weeks, I dropped my car off again to have the clacking noise looked at and they apologized for the for the missing bolts and the oil light… fine. I then received a call 24hrs later where they told me it was my lucky day as they fixed my car, but nearly had to “condemn the engine” in the process. I’m still not entirely sure what they meant by such, but the new diagnosis was that the rockers needed to be replaced, which cost an additional $900 on top of the $1,300 I had already paid. I never gave them permission to go ahead with the rocker replacement so was robbed of any choice in that and was upset how the new total went way over the original $1,600 quote. They offered to have me pay half of the $900, which still left me paying $150 over the original quote… annoying but ultimately fine. The last nail in the coffin came when I went to pick up my car and mentioned my disappointment with the whole repair process to the guy behind the front desk (George?). He was immensely rude and dismissively told me to call if I had a complaint. I asked if talking to him right there in-person was not adequate enough and he just shoved the bill in front of me. What a joke of an interaction after giving you 4yrs of my business. The owner of the garage came up afterwards to apologize for the interaction and said I could go to one of his other garages so that I would not have to interact with George again (interesting solution) and offered me a $200 credit for future repairs. We shook hands, and I returned home to only discover that my car was making a quieter but still distinct clacking noise and my change oil light was still on…. What a waste of time and money.

I was going to go honda shop but it was closed then that was the closest shop that i found. I just needed to loosen trunk lashes with screw driver for now as a solution and it took 2 mins then they tried to charge me for $65… They said do not open trunk as a solution or change it completely. I saw people kept calling this place a scam and i see why

If i could write no stars. I would. Came here only for a safety inspection coming from a terrible night shift at work and felt like an ambush of scam artists that pressured me to change all my tires and brake pads which i felt like was a hard sell from the dealer. My car is a cx5 2022 41k mileage and just had a changed oil 3 months ago and the owner mentioned that my brake was severely worn out and i must changed it along with my tires. Please for the love of God avoid this shop at all costs! No dept measurement of tires whatsoever which is like a standard practice for these kind of service!👎👎👎

⚠️ Scam Alert – Avoid This Company! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. They initially quoted me $3,000 to repair the exhaust manifold on my truck, which was already quite high, but I agreed and authorized the work. Not long after, they called again saying the ball joint also needed replacement, adding $1,100 to the total. I approved that as well. Then they called a third time claiming the truck needed a turbo clamp and another gasket, which cost me another $420. The total bill ended up being $4,520, though they “generously” offered a $20 discount to make it $4,500. After paying the full amount over the phone, they confirmed the payment was processed and even gave my driver a receipt, but then refused to release the truck, insisting that I personally come in to “sign for the transaction.” If that was required, they should have told me before accepting my payment. The entire reason I paid over the phone was because I couldn’t get there in person. As a result, my driver had to leave the truck behind and take an Uber home — costing me even more time and money. I have attached a screenshot below showing the $4,500 payment that was made, yet they still refused to release my truck. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. I truly believe this company takes advantage of customers with surprise charges and dishonest practices. ⭐ I’m only leaving a one-star review because that’s the lowest option available. If I could give them -5 stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This is the kind of attitude you feel every time you're here—serious about their work and truly caring about every job they take on. They’re not just working hard—they’re working smarter and better than you'd expect. I came in to change my tires (based on advice from another garage), but Eli and Naem here took a proper look and told me the real issue wasn’t the tires at all—which would’ve cost me at least $1000 for mid-range ones. Turns out, the shaking problem was actually due to a control arm issue. Totally different kind of problem! So instead of wasting $1000 on the wrong fix, I spent less than $285—and left not just with my car fixed, but with some new friends too. Totally recommend getting your work done here.

I decided to post this review because even after a year, the negative experience I had here still bothers me—and I think it may help others. My first visit was excellent. They fixed my muffler system quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, my second visit was very different. I brought my car in over a long weekend to have the parking brake repaired. They also told me my regular brakes needed replacement, which I agreed to. When I picked up the car a few days later, I immediately noticed that 75 miles had been added to my odometer and gas was missing. I called and was told I would get a call back, but never did. When I followed up the next day, I was told that the repair required “multiple test rides” and that this was the reason it had been driven 75 miles. Of course- testing brakes does NOT require 75 miles of driving. I felt talked down to, dismissed, taken advantage of, and never received an acknowledgment or apology. Despite that, I went back a third time out of necessity. I was quoted a specific labor price, but when I picked up the car, the labor charge had mysteriously increased by $100. To their credit, they corrected it immediately when I brought it up—but I have a hard time believing it was an honest mistake. Needless to say, I will not be going back there as they have lost my trust.

Who is Andrew? You're incorrect these guys just don't play games because that's how they have to run business when there is a high traffic of trouble makers from the city passing by. I got a great deal. And dude helped me when my car broke down after hours and I was stranded. Bob is a master mechanic and alignment technician. I saw a big Volkswagen SUV getting the entire engine swapped. This is a full service station. If you want good service, be polite. If you want cheaper price, bring your own parts but understand they can only guarantee the service if you buy the parts through them like any other shop. you will get dealer quality service here for a fraction of the price

I had a really great experience at Abe’s Complete Auto Service. The service was extremely fast. I pulled into the lot, found a place to park, and someone came right up to my car almost immediately. They got my car in for inspection right away and the whole inspection was finished within about 10 minutes of arriving. I also ended up getting my front brake pads replaced, and the job was done within the hour, which was impressive for a walk-in. The staff was friendly and straightforward. They explained that my front brake pads were worn down but didn’t pressure me at all or try to upsell anything. They simply pointed it out and let me decide. They also casually showed me my air filters and offered to swap them out quickly, showing me the difference before and after - they were clearly overdue, so I appreciated them noticing and suggesting it without being pushy. They took down my name and number while I walked around the area. My phone was dying, so when I came back in earlier than expected and mentioned that, they offered to get me set up with a phone charger, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The lobby also has free WiFi and a TV with the news on if you decide to wait. Overall 5/5 stars. Fast, convenient, professional service - highly recommend.
