I've had two experiences at Hayg and can't speak highly enough about their work and professionalism. I had auto body work done in the past, and they a great job making my car look like new after someone backed into it. It actually looked better than before. Recently, I had to get the tie rod replaced. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they were able to save me nearly $2,000 by searching for quality after market parts. I trust them here, and that is the best thing you can say about an auto repair company.

Greg is a very fair and honest professional. He saved me a lot of headache by inspecting a car I was interested in purchasing off craiglist on short notice. Upon seeing the seller he pulled me aside and informed me that he had experience with the seller ripping off some of his customers in the past and then proceeded to thoroughly inspect the car as well as take the time to research the cars market value and advise me on a fair price given the amount of work the car would need. Following this, he took a great deal of time going over all the cars he had on the lot, going over each cars' service history and what each car would need to have done to suit my needs. Prices from what I payed him for the inspection to what his cars cost were extremely reasonable. I would recommend Greg to anyone!

Thanks again for the very quick & very reasonably-priced headlight bulb fix. The mechanic near the DMV said it would take "a while" and since he only had 15 minutes he couldn't do it. Two other mechanics on the phone said they couldn't do it. You did it for $10 in 5 minutes!

Their prices are very reasonable, delightfully so given the how expensive everything else is in their neighborhood. All great experiences. I was always charged properly, less than in any dealer, the owners spent time explaining everything, they always accommodated to my needs even when they were fully booked, and ended up helping me sell an old car and choose a new one. Sometimes they would look at my car at no cost and suggest me to wait before repairing. They just love cars and are humble, honest experts. I recommend them hands down.

Highly recommend for car repairs. Learned that regular check-ups including oil exchange and state inspections are available and reasonably priced. Greg was very friendly and professional. Though be careful not to encounter another mechanic that's unfriendly and unprofessional.

We came from Quebec on vacation. Boston was our first stop on the trip. But arrived near Boston, we had a puncture in a tire. We had to find a garage quickly in order to be able to continue our journey after Boston. After looking at the good reviews on Google of the Hayg Auto Repair garage, we decided to check them out. The tire having burst due to excessive wear, it was not possible to repair it. Moreover, the other tires being also in advanced wear (I was aware that the tires were finished but I wanted to wait until the end of the summer to replace them), it was necessary to find 4 replacement tires urgently in order to stay in security but since we have aftermarket wheels, finding tires that match in size so quickly is not something easy to do. Greg was able to respond brilliantly and quickly to my needs and we were able to continue our journey in time and without any problem. He found very good tires at a good price and even had time to change my rear brakes that also needed to be changed. Greg kind of saved our trip. Thank you so much! A highly satisfied customer. Bonus: I got several great tips for our visit to Boston from Greg! Very friendly service.

I visited this shop a while ago and had a really unpleasant experience. The so called mechanic guy I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. It became clear right away that he didn’t like being asked any questions. The only way to get through the conversation without attitude was to just nod and agree with whatever he said. The moment I asked for more details about the problem or repair, he immediately dismissed it and said, “I can’t fix it,” without even making an effort. It felt like they just didn’t want to be bothered unless you blindly accept whatever they tell you. Definitely not a place I’ll return to.

It was so cold my battery stopped working in the family minivan and it wouldn’t start. After triple a got it started they did not have a battery in their van and told me to go to an Autoparts store while not shutting the car off for fear it wouldn’t start again. I did get a battery there but something broke and I needed an emergency repair ( it was New Year’s Eve). The autoparts store got me an appointment with Hayg. It was a truly great experience. The service was excellent, great customer care, he fixed the terminal quickly and it was reasonable and affordable. I am truly grateful and told my husband that we should go to this garage for repairs in the future. Thank you so much for helping me on such short notice! I highly recommend Hayg.
