Drove in thinking one of my tires needed air only to find a nail in it. They were able to plug it up in 10mins for $20. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I've had my car (Mini Cooper) repaired at Juniors several times and have been happy with their service, honesty, and pricing. They also perform body work as recently they installed a replacement hatch including transferring wires and motors from the old, rusted hatch.

Not satisfied. Spare parts (especially battery) was completely overpriced. At least they should have called me before charging 1037$ for changing an alternator and the battery (225.-)

FIAT expert, knows how to maintain and work on them. Will order parts for you. This is your best option followed by Jeep dealership in Norwood and the easiest if you live in the city. Confirm price and document the day you spoke with him. He has alot on his plate.

Don’t get your inspection done here unless you are positive you will pass and there’s nothing at all wrong with the car. They will nitpick anything they can to fail you so they can charge you to fix it. They failed my car because the angle of the headlight was off by a couple of degrees due to some minor front end damage. This guy had the audacity to fail me and then refer me to his auto body shop to get my front end damage fixed so I could pass inspection. Needless to say his business card for his shop went straight to the trash. I went around the corner to a different inspection shop and they adjusted the angle of the headlight no problem and passed me. I won’t even get gas there any more when I live right across the street because this left such a bad taste in my mouth.

BEWARE ! After dealing with Junior for more than 3 years on Multiple vehicle, I have 0% hesitation nor doubt to post this, junior’s work is absolutely phenomenal, he really gets the job done. That’s the only reason I keep going back to him but his payment strategy is different than any other Mechanic After fixing at least 5 of my cars and being vague for the fixing cost every and each time, and not give me an accurate or even roughly estimate for the labour work and the parts as well I definitely decide to take my business elsewhere, after I sent them a Q5 for just a diagnostic, never ever authorised any job to be done, he hit me up with almost $400 for just diagnostic, no fix was issue. No parts were ordered, and the whole job took him about an hour ! Asked him multiple times. How much would the job cost and never got an answer just like every time NEVER EVER GIVE HIM A JOB WITHOUT ASKING HOW MUCH IT WILL COST FIRST AND MAKE SURE TO BE CLEAR WITH HIM OTHERWISE Junior will rip you off when you try to pick up your car ! Update : he called me and asked me remove the review I dare you to respond to my review Junior !

Bummed to have to write this but necessary to share the cautionary tale- do not bring your car here to have work done unless you enjoy overpaying! I asked repeatedly for estimates/ ballpark on costs, he blew me off & wouldn’t give me an answer. Then he was reassuring me that he wouldn’t charge me for labor for this one particular part… I pick up my car to $900 in labor costs for 6 hours of work! When I questioned this, Junior said “oh yea we put in more hours than that”, which just makes no sense if you’re also telling me you didn’t charge me for all the labor…. Car runs beautifully but my wallet is hurting and my trust in this place is shattered.

I love Junior. We've been coming to this place for year. We have an old car that gives us a big problem of some kind every year. Junior is always so nice and I can tell he's always looking out for us. We got stranded halfway to Providence this year and we towed the car to Junior's. I won't go anywhere else. He frequently gives us small discounts and has let us break our last big repair into smaller payments. He's the best.

Don't ever try to bring your car to this place unless you want to be ripped off for nothing! The manager is unprofessional, and all his workers are the same as he is. I went to this automotive shop the other day just to ask for the price of a headlight, and he told me to sit down and started taking off the tire, which had nothing to do with the headlight. I think they were trying to switch the tire with an old one and claim that I needed a new one. I stopped him, and he ended up charging me for nothing. I could have rated him 0 but there is no way to coment unless I rate him 1

Horrible gas station with arrogant workers. They claim all gas has to be pumped by an employee. We live in Massachusetts that is not a mandate and to protect myself I elected to pump own gas. The gas comes and literally pushes me away from the pump. As I’m leaving because I don’t want him to pump my gas, he starts berating me about their policy. His policy isn’t law, we don’t live in Massachusetts. It is not mandatory. Proceeded to call me names as I drove away.

I have trusted Junior's Automotive to service my wife's Honda Pilot for a few years now. Occasionally I have treated him and his employees to breakfast burritos, ice cream and bagels. On Friday, May 31st, Junior ordered and replaced the radiator in our car. After I picked up the car and drove it to my home, I noticed that the radiator was leaking very badly. There were no signs of it leaking during the few hours after I had picked it up. I spoke to Junior that evening at around 6:30PM. He told me to add water to the radiator and drive it to his station in the morning. I put down cat litter on top of the anti-freeze that had expanded to four car lengths on the hill where I live. It posed a danger to the dogs in the neighborhood. The next morning, I got up early to sweep up the cat litter and wash the street under and the four cars. Since I did not want to take the risk of constantly adding water to the radiator to drive the vehicle to Cambridge, I called AAA and waited for it to be towed. After my "free" 3 miles, the expense for this towing was $36.00. I chose to tip the driver $30.00 because I admired him for how he chose to face the responsibilities in his life. When we got to the service station, Junior immediately had the vehicle on the lift, and he soon pointed out where the leak was coming from. He later told me that the "new radiator was taken out of the box and installed by his mechanic 'without giving any thought or attention to a vital o-ring that was missing from the radiator". Since they had the vehicle running idly after the installation, without any signs of a leak, it was not their workmanship or negligence for the radiator leaking, it was the fact that his supplier had provided a radiator assembly that was missing an o-ring from the manufacturer. In order to make the needed repair, Junior had his mechanic remove the o-ring that was in the leaking radiator that they had removed from my car the previous day. In other words, they took out a part that was 9 years old, and put it in the brand new radiator assembly, a part that I paid $401.99 before taxes. When I told Junior that I wanted some satisfaction from this ordeal and for my out of pocket expenses, he told me that it was not easy to get reimbursements from his supplier (World Pack). However, he would make a telephone call first thing on Monday morning. On Monday afternoon I stopped by and spoke to Junior, and he told me that "they had been extremely busy all day with inspections. He assured me that "he would call his supplier on Tuesday morning". On Tuesday afternoon I stopped by to speak to Junior and told me that he "spoke to his supplier and it didn't look good". When I expressed my surprise that he dealt with people who did not stand behind their product, he became frustrated, threw up his hands, and asked me a few times "what do you want me to do?" If Junior had offered me two complimentary oil changes, I would have been satisfied. He then could have maintained his insistence that he was not responsible and that his supplier was not inclined to stand behind their products. Instead, he chose not to hold his supplier accountable, or to even consider reducing the likely 100% mark-up in the $401.99 part or the $309 in labor that it cost to install it. He also told me that he pays his mechanic $25.00 per hour. Note: The work was completed in a half day. Out of frustration I asked him for the number and extension of his sales representative. However, I could not believe that he chose to provide me with it. I spoke to the Regional Service Manager of World Pack who told me that they would have stood behind their product. I also spoke to the Service Manager of the Honda Dealership that use to service the vehicle. He also had good things to say about World Pack.

BEWARE!!!! I needed to fill up my Audi with gas so I stopped by Juniors Gas Station. The guy (who I assume is junior) was adamant that he pump the gas. He took my AMEX card and I did not watch him while he was pumping the gas, but before I left the premises I saw that the cost was $37. He didn’t even offer me a receipt. After I left the gas station, I noticed that I received a notification from AMEX that I was charged $100 on my card. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU.
