I thought I had a transmission leak, so I called and spoke with Rick, who told me they could check it out the same day—something I couldn’t find anywhere else. When I arrived at the shop, Tiffany and Nathan were at the front desk taking my information. As I started to explain the issue, Nathan offered to take a quick look. After just a five-minute inspection, he confirmed it wasn’t a transmission problem and even recommended several other shops that could help. I had hesitation issues with my Ford Edge. Was told by Ford that I needed to replace torque converter. I asked Certified Transmission to run diagnostics as well. They said the transmission would still fail. I am glad I took it to them instead of having future issues. Once I decided to go ahead with replacing, it was a very speedy process. Took my truck here believing I might have a transfer case problem and they determined it was actually a tire problem on my 4X4. You don't get much more honest than that! They did a great job on my Honda CRV. They had to work and dig to find the problem, but they did it! They were able to coordinate with other businesses to get the needed software updates. They changed the fluid, updated the software. Now I'm back in business. "Consider a software update: A software update for the transmission control module is available for this model year and is often performed at no cost to address this specific shudder, especially if the fluid is clean".

Auto shops have a reputation for squeezing every dollar they can out of you. However These guys are super professional and trust worthy. I woke up thinking what I needed to do to my car was a 500 fix they took it in gave it a inspection and told me what I thought was wrong didnt exist. They could have easily smoked me for 500 however my total bill was 160. If I ever have a problem ill never go anywhere else. Over night drop off was super easy and convenient. They also have a epic lobby so if you have kids they will be occupide with plenty to look at while you talk business. Im a adult and had a hard time staying focused 😂

My son goes to college in Lincoln and started having transmission issues with his car. I live 2.5 hours away, and Certified was referred to me by my local shop. Rick and his crew were able to get it in the next day, diagnosed that the transmission needed replaced and had it all finished within a week of getting it in. I was hesitant at first, since I live 2.5 hours away, but Certified was great about explaining the issue, then communicating progress throughout the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any transmission work done, whether it's a simple flush or complete replacement. After they told me my 2015 mustang Gt clutch was shot, I had to buy a new racing clutch for the car. A few weeks later the last owner told me he had a brand new duel disk MC clutch installed with maybe 800 miles on it. This shop con me into buying a new racing clutch to replace the already new clutch it had, prb because it had a warranty on the car. They scammed me out of alot of money for a down grade in my 6 speed 5.0. Very nice guys for scam artists. I have the paperwork for the 800 mile new clutch they told me was shot. This clutch was $2000. Not a cheap aftermarket. Fyi
