The office manager mr. Vega has no knowledge of how to convey a message. He said he would call when our car was ready, he called and we waited for over 2 hours before it was ready. All he had to do was talk to the man that was doing the work, he would tell him how long it would be. We were not the only customers who were upset there were 4 other ones who left that were very upset also. He needs to be replaced before he ruins your business.

Avoid, 1st experience: I called 2 weeks ahead to make an appointment for a new windshield for a family member out of town. Was told they would have the windshield ready on appointment date. Take the care in the night before to drop it off with them and the building was locked up @ 5pm ( they “close” at 5:30pm). Someone opens the door just to find out they have no record of my appointment and no windshield on hand. 2nd experience: called on Aug 3rd to confirm a windshield availability and set appointment for Aug 5th. Showed up just before opening for my appointment, waited until their opening time, just to find building still locked. It’s a Saturday, and people run late, so I waited. 8:20 comes with no one having shown up, so I called. Confirming my appointment and that they are open. Upon letting the women on the phone there’s no one here, she tried calling the manager 5 times with no response. Had no solution for me, and no idea why they hadn’t opened yet and no idea when they would. So once again left without a windshield. I decided to give Auto Glass Now a try due to all the positive reviews. I however, am not sure how they are getting all these positive reviews. Maybe just my luck, but I can’t recommend them at all.

The Lincoln location was a little odd when trying to make an appointment., but then found out they did not have a manager at that time. Omaha location cancelled my original appointment, but then gave a better price as a thank you for waiting another week. So thank you for that! Subsequent appt was just fine, in by 10am, done by 1pm. Great that the price quoted was with all fees and taxes, so easy to compare pricing. Some shops don't give you the final price.

Make an appointment, they are first come first serve day of, so get there early if you want it done fast. I was there right at open and had a couple people ahead of me. It was done in a couple of hours. Did great work and even vacuumed the broken glass out of the back of my vehicle. Looks great!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Didn’t show up for the first appointment I had and was an hour late for the second one. Listened to the manager talk with another employee loudly on the phone cursing and making fun of their bosses and other coworkers. Extremely tacky! Not to mention the place is filthy. I asked that the owner call me but that never happened. I would never recommend this place!! Go somewhere professional where they actually care about their customers… this place doesn’t!

I went yesterday to have the windshield replaced on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. When I scheduled the appointment, they asked if I wanted to replace the wiper blades, and I told them yes, but that I would bring my own. When I arrived, I was shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained the place was — full of spiders, mosquitoes everywhere, and a strong unpleasant smell inside. The waiting area only had a few very basic chairs and did not look clean or comfortable at all. After they finished replacing the windshield, I noticed they never installed the new wiper blades I brought. When I mentioned it, the person said, “You should have told me when you gave me the keys.” I replied that I had already mentioned it clearly when I made the appointment, but he just laughed and seemed indifferent, almost mocking. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, he laughed again and said he was the manager. That response was very unprofessional. On top of that, they removed my phone charger from the old windshield area and never reinstalled or returned it. Overall, the service was very disappointing — unprofessional, careless, and the environment was extremely dirty. I would not recommend this place, and I don’t plan to return.
