For months now, I've utilized CFH Mobile Detailing on a weekly basis to maintain the interior and exterior condition of my car. Alex is my go-to guy and he takes care of my car as if it were his own. For years, I've taken care of the cleaning and waxing of my own car, because I didn't believe that anybody could do a better job than me. Well, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to CFH Mobile Detailing in Aliso Viejo. Their technicians pay extraordinary attention to detail and are able to work with my schedule in different locations on a weekly basis. Long story short, since I started using CFH, I've never had so many compliments on how beautiful my car looks! I'm a very happy customer!

I have since had to revise my review (12/30/24), as I've had ongoing issues. People arriving late for the set appointment time, one guy disconnected my phone mount and in the process broke my vents and left the mess for me to clean/repair. Then ongoing issues with charging the wrong CC. Yesterday, the guy showed up 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I was getting texts earlier in the day confirming my appointment for 12:00pm, even though I made the appointment for 12:30pm (and it was confirmed by their reservation system). Then took almost 2 hours to wash my car, which I though wow, this guy must be doing a bang-up job...nope! There were mud spots on the car, and he totally forgot to dress the tires. Also, I specifically asked him to let me know when he was done, so I could lock the car and I was waiting on the vehicle to go to an appointment. Did he tell me when he was done...nope, just left! Then I texted and they were gonna come out and fix it. I said I'd left and would be back at 4:30pm, but they didn't show back up until 6:30pm at which point I had plans for the evening and had to leave. Honestly, it's this type of thing that drives me crazy! I ONLY spend $50 on a stupid car wash, so you can make it convenient and I do expect my car to be clean, at least the basics! I can do a much better job on my own, which is what I will be doing going forward, at least I know things won't be broken, I won't be waiting on people, and my car will actually be clean! Initial Review: I called and was able to make a same-day appointment, which was good as my car was filthy and I had a special event! They arrived right on time, and were nice and professional. They did a really good job on the vehicle, and I'm a perfectionist (working on it, as that word should be stricken from the dictionary). The only gripe is that I specifically asked to have the area near the running boards cleaned of mud that was left by the prior car wash (Crown Valley Auto Spa-awful place with even worse service). This was forgotten, but when I checked the vehicle, I pointed it out, and it was re-done and cleaned. So they made a mistake, but corrected it. I will definitely use them again, and happy to provide a good recommendation (sorry, no pics this time).

I called CFH Mobile Detailing to clean my car, simple enough, right? What I didn’t realize was that I was calling in a mobile legend. Not only did he make my car shine like it was about to enter the Fast & Furious franchise, but after finishing, he noticed my cat stuck in a tree. Next thing I know, he’s climbing like Spider-Man with a microfiber towel as a cape. Cat fainted from fear, he performed CPR, and boom back to life. My car’s spotless, my cat’s breathing, and I’m honestly thinking of nominating this man for a Nobel Prize.

I just needed a basic car wash plus wax. As advertised it is a hand car wash and wax however there is so much dirt left on my car that I don’t think it was hand washed but just sprayed with water. I could take the dirt off with my hand easily so not hand car washed as advertised….If I wanted that then I would’ve just went to a basic gas station car wash for it. As u can see in the photos so much little bits of dirt is left over. They said they could come back out to fix it but have not gotten back to me. I don’t understand how a basic car wash is messed up like this. Only putting two stars at first cause the customer service was not that bad but the service itself was. - update: They were able to fix this the same day. I appreciated Felix for coming out to my home after someone else missed so many spots of dirt. Felix picked up the slack a lot. I am very much satisfied now however can only put 4 stars because of the whole ordeal. Felix was professional and knowledgable and really made the situation way better. I will only be booking with Felix for the future.

I am so impressed. Communication and appointment scheduling was easy and efficient. The day of the was for two SUV’s our guy was on time and on his own. For a full detail on two SUV’s the price was great and under 5 hours. Both cars look fantastic and brand new. I just scheduled in a monthly wash. Until the next full detail in 6 months after the winter.

Ozzy just finished detailing three of our cars and he did the most amazing job. I would highly recommend CFH mobile detailing to anyone looking to have their cars washed, waxed and detailed. They take the extra time to make sure the customer is extremely happy. This is our fourth time using them now and we will be continuing and highly recommend them to anyone. The RAV4 in the picture sits in the line of the San Diego airport and they were able to get all the dirt from jet fuel off the paint. The car looks brand new. Thank you CFH mobile!
