Place doesn't open at the time advertised and no notice on the building. Wasted a lot of time coordinating vehicle drop off only to be inconvenienced. This was my first time trying to use them from a recommendation.

Will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else again! Finally a honest mechanic who is very fair on all prices. And they have great customer service and will call and tell you true problem and not try to scam and rip you off by telling you that you need unnecessary repairs! Please take my advice and trust them with your car, not these other places for example my friend worked at various auto repairs and told me about unnecessary repairs and dishonest things other places did, like switching batteries and lightly disconnecting o2 sensors. Not these guys and the owner is always there and very professional and polite.

I've been going here for a few years and never have I felt more comfortable and trusting of any mechanics! They actually prevented me from getting conned out of my hard earned money by informing me that all I had was a loose connector for my battery when my dealership tried to scam me. They have performed numerous inspections, mostly pass inspections and one minor part (light) which they fixed for free just had to pay for light. They actually call you and let you know what's really going on too which is very much appreciated. And they have never tried to get over on me even though I'm a woman and know nothing about cars they always explain to me what the issue is and I've even called around after getting his quote before and he's always the fairest price. The owner is very nice and very prompt with services.

The team at Charlie's was amazing. I waited last minute to get my car inspected. I had a 2week old baby and 5 year old with me. They had me in and out so quickly. They let me wait in their work office with the AC on since I had the baby with me. They were kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and continue to use their services for any automotive needs.
