They are very thorough and honest. Had gone to another mechanic and they told me my car was in bad shape and wanted to charge me a load of money to fix it. The crew at Charlie’s let me know my car was actually fine and didn’t need the work the previous mechanic was trying to charge me for. I recently moved to the neighborhood and am so happy to have found Charlie’s.

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had with an auto repair shop in a very long time. I previously brought my car to another auto repair shop where they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and replaced my ABS. After reading reviews about that place I decided to look for a place with a higher rating. After reading the reviews for Charlie's I knew I had to try them. I brought my car in and they were quite busy. This to me is a good sign, busy place means good service. They let me know it may take a day or two which I didn't mind. When they did get to the car they quickly and correctly Identified the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The staff were all professional, organized and communicated very well. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back if I have any further issues. Not too soon though I hope. 👍 Thanks Charlie and the entire team. P.S. they also referred me to a car paint shop Havacar Autobody which also turned out to be a great experience. My car is now freshly painted and running great.

I drove by and found this automotive shop that looked appealing because of all the old cars and intrigued me to go in and talk to the service person Alan and owner Charlie to find out about the company. Come to find out we had some things in common and I felt comfortable enough to try their service and got an oil change. After that I was satisfied and decided to go for more services which there they took care of in a timely manner with a good financing option that I took advantage of. Also, Michael, Charlie's father, and Alan drove me to work and picked me up from work to come back and get my car a couple of times. What a nice little service and much appreciated. I highly recommend this company as their friendly, honesty, integrity and competitive pricing are above standard and have recommended to friends. Five Star service!

I took my car that had multiple issues here based on the recommendation of a co-worker, who had said they were fair and did a good job on their car repairs. In just over a day, Charlie had diagnosed and fixed all four issues. He found that the majority of the problems stemmed from one issue and was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. The problem has stayed fixed, and we are happy with their knowledgeable service. We found them to be very trustworthy and honest.

I went to get an estimate to fix the heat in my car. Mr. Charlie himself gave me ride to and from my home while the mechanics worked on my car. Everyone here is awesome. They take care of our work vans and do a great job. More specifically, though, we’ve had one van in and out of the shop with two back to back bad transmissions and it was under warranty with an independent warranty company. I know dealing with any warranty company is a major pain but they took it on with no complaints and I know other mechanics would not want to bother with it so I’m very appreciative! I highly recommend them.

Everything was completed in a mannerly fashion. Was able to leave car & pick it up the next day after it was finished. Reasonable price for a job well done. When they called to let me know it was finished, I remembered a piece from inside somewhere that had fallen off. He told me, “No problem. We’ll put it back where it belongs.” They did & It was complimentary. Highly recommend them.
