I have been taking my cars to Chavez for 14 years. They try to find ways to make a part last a little longer so u can save to replace it. On one of my cars the clutch went out. Their mechanics stayed late to put in a new one so I could have my car back that day for work the next morning. They are a very polite family. I stay true to Chavez as they have been great to me and all my cars. Thank u Chavez, I give u a 10 and will always suggest ur business to my family and friends and also keep extra business cards for anyone in need of great service

I came in for some concerning sounds my car was making. They looked at the car, said everything looked brand new and that the sound was normal. Took my car to another shop, turns out my control arms and rear shocks were all shot. And the one thing they fixed? They did not fix it, instead damaging another part. Had we believed them, I could have gotten into a fatal and avoidable accident. Ridiculous to play with people's lives like that.

Worst place to ever go to. Won't fix your car and will actaully break it to make you return several times so they have to "fix" it over and over. Won't check what you ask but will charge you for it. Lie and say something is or isn't broken. Overcharge and under deliver. Bordering on neglectful actions that may be leading to car related injuries. Want your entire gas tank to fall out on the road? Go to them, they'll kill you with negligence for your saftey.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MECHANIC. I ignored the reviews and I paid the consequences. I took my car and van. The car was over heating and lost of power, supposedly he fixed it for $1,200. 2 weeks later back to the same problem . Also on the same day, my van wasn't starting, he charged me $500 for the fuel pump $50 pump 30min job.

Chavez Auto Repair replaced the engine in my Telluride after I found out warranty wasn't going to cover it. Their service and communication were top notch through the entire process. A few days after the install, my car was acting funny. As soon we called them they came and picked up my car free of charge, repaired what needed to be repaired, and delivered my car right back to my house. This was our first experience with them and we will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here and recommending them to everyone we know!
