Absolutely love Greg and cannot recommend him enough!! I have a Hyundai Accent that's low to the ground and my partner scraped over a parking block and busted the interior bracket holding the front bumper on the left side to where it was loose and falling down. Going through insurance would've raised my rate even though it was a non-accident and other places wanted $1200+ to replace the entire front bumper and then some as if it had been in an accident. It was only scraped underneath and the bracket was toast. Greg saved me a huge headache, a lot of time and even more money with his work. Definitely not just mechanics but real artists that work here and I can't thank them enough. My car looks amazing, and the repair is reinforced like it never happened in the first place. Greg will always be my first choice for any future work on my car. Thanks again!!

I had a scratch on the front bumper of my car on the driver side and had taken it to another auto body shop first and they told me it would cost $800 if they fixed the scratch. I took it to Greg's Auto Body shop in Joliet and Greg buffed out and painted the scratch on the spot while I waited. It took him about 10 minutes and my bumper looks like brand new. He didn't charge me anything for doing this. I've never seen such amazing service so I'm spreading the word!!

Went in expecting a big charge for some damage on my left side. Greg and his staff made the car drivable for free. Honestly, shocking. I still have to get some cosmetic stuff done down the line for some coin. But Greg and his staff treated me with care and I can’t say enough good things about the help they provided me. We found Greg's a couple years ago when my spoiler started peeling from sun damage and they did such an amazing job; so when the roof started fading this year, I knew exactly who to turn to. The estimate Greg gave was beyond fair, and I was so grateful to not have to live with an embarrassingly looking car. Utterly amazing paint job, it looks fresh off the lot, if not better. Greg even threw in a complementary painting of the mirrors which had also begun to fade. He and his team are amazing, you can tell there is so much care and passion in their work! Unfortunately from time-to-time those accidents come along and if you’ve had to deal with one you know the hassle that often follows. Such as getting the vehicle removed from the accident site, dealing with the insurance company(ies) and finding a body shop that you can trust. Now that I have had to deal with this a few times I find that Greg’s Body Shop always come up with the best price, I don’t even seek a second estimate now. I’m not saying you shouldn’t. Greg has always been the person to come out and look at the vehicles and he does an excellent job of explaining what is needed and why. The vehicle always looks as good as new when I get it back. I have dealt with another body shop in the past and they did a great job, but the customer service wasn’t even close to what I have experienced with Greg’s Body Shop. The ladies up front, Debbie and Rose will do all they can to assist you and make you feel at ease. The first couple of times I went to Greg’s and watched him interact with other customers, I thought this man knows everybody. I learned that he in fact did not know them, but he treats everyone like he knows them and that everyone’s a friend. It really is a place that makes you feel like family. I’m very thankful to my friend who told me about Greg’s Body Shop.
