I was very happy with the service! He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was fixing, which I really appreciated. I was originally expecting to be charged a lot more, but he found a way to fix the issue for much less without cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and transparent. I Brought my vehicle here and paid to have the pressure sensor replaced on my fuel pump, among other things. After leaving the shop, my car died on the expressway and I had to have it towed to a Ford dealership for further analysis. Upon analysis, Ford dealership advised me that the fuel pump sensor WAS NOT replaced. So then I paid more money to have the fuel pump sensor replaced at Ford Dealership, that I already paid Tire Tracks for!!! I am beyond angry! This is completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your money. When I called Alan and advised him what they said, he got loud with me and started talking over me saying “No, No! that’s not how I do business!” Well here is the proof: First picture is current fuel pump pressure sensor that was supposedly replaced. The picture was sent to me by my Ford dealership. And the second picture is the new sensor that they installed for me. Night and day difference! I contacted the BBB and Tire Tracks never responded, surprisingly, so they just closed my complaint. 12/23/24 You never tried to contact me. You committed fraud and you owe me a refund! I have all the receipts and pictures. You never responded to my Complaint with the Better Business Bureau either! Very unprofessional.

I was refered to tire track and my face to face was cool but my labor was expensive and after I got my car back the work that was done to my car was somewhat good but not the greatest because I had total headlights put in my car by them and my headlights were not attached as supposed to be. Also I was not informed by them that I needed more work done as far as rotors and brakes and the work that they did was my front end work so I'm not happy with that service.

I've brought my vehicle to Tire Tracks a few times in the past, and they've always done a reasonably good job, though they can be pricey. Overall, the service is above average and performed conscientiously. The shop manager makes sure he shows you what work needs to be done, before and after its completion. I'm generally satisfied with their service, and I will return for future auto repair services in the future!

I bought 4 firestone destination MT tires. They gave me the best price. I called around first, and I decided to go with them. Glad that I did, they got me the tires faster than anybody else and installed them with ease very quickly. They balanced the tires better than all the other shops.I went to through the years.I can clearly feel the way the truck drives on the highway.Especially considering it has mud tires. They've definitely earned my trust and will definitely use them in the future.. One other thing forgot to mention they got me. The white wall tires with the raised white letters. Other places told me it would take a week because it was special order. I guess it really wasn't a special order with tire tricks.
