My clutch went out and AAA towed my car here, this was the AAA tow truck driver's recommendation. Around a month later, it went out again. The mechanic said it needed some other parts and I was charged additionally for the repair. Then, it happened a third time, this time my girlfriend brought it in. The mechanic then told me he replaced everything with new parts and that it wasn't his fault--they did not charge me for the repair this time. He also said it must be my driving. As of today, I"ve been out of town for three months (this means I barely drove it) and my clutch is out again. Needless to say, they can't repair a clutch. Something isn't right here. I've been driving manual for about twenty plus years. So my girlfriend requested the receipts for the work done. Marwan said they are in storage and he'll look for them. I followed up last week on Monday, it's been just under two weeks, and he still hasn't gotten them. He told me to call Wednesday, I decided to give him until Friday, he wasn't in. I was told by someone he wasn't coming in. I called Monday, I was told he wasn't coming in. I called Tuesday, they said he was at lunch and call back in an hour. I called back in an hour and someone took my info and said Marwan will call me back. I still haven't received my call back. I will call again today to follow up. If he's a partner that works there but is never there, I really question the crediblility of this place.

I was on vacation my check engine light came on owner was very respectful and gave me a fair quote and fix to my car before I went back on highway. Price was very fair and told me that if I had any issues he would do it for free if I had a breakdown on Highway highway

My brother took my truck here for an oil change and it was a terrible job. They over tightened my bolt and stripped it. When they replaced the washer on it, it was way too small. It didn't even sit flat on the bolt. The oil filter was too small for my truck. It was a size for a car. They also put the wrong oil in. The oil is supposed to be a synthetic blend and they put some cheap european motor oil that made my engine run bad. I would avoid this place because they treat regulars with more respect than people who are going for the first time.

Cheers came recommended by a neighbor who had a positive experience. Got brakes done for 2000s Toyota Corolla (for my father, senior citizen); standard replacement of pads, rotors, & calipers. Marwan & Yazin were patient with all of our questions and special requests. Both are very friendly and pleasant to work with. Communication was solid. Marwan identified the problem within 30 minutes of me dropping off the car and gave us a timeline based on parts being ordered (we weren't on a rush). The day after parts were delivered, we got a call in the morning that the car was ready. Pickup needed to be before they closed at 5pm; I asked Yazin if he could be flexible since I was rushing from work, he was OK with me being a few mins late. I don't have much experience with mechanics so don't have much to compare with but, overall, it was a good experience & straight forward. My father (old school, frugal, & picky) was OK with the job (that's probably a good thing since he is usually unhappy with most providers so neutral is a win for him). If I have issues with any cars again, I'll probably be back.

They overfilled the oil by 1 or 2 quarts and used the wrong oil weight. Also looks like they didn't even bother to change the oil filter.

Even though I went without an appointment and in a rush, they were kind and quickly offered a solution. This is by far the best car repair shop I’ve been. They're incredibly honest and provide excellent service at the best prices. Highly recommend this place!

Very professional and trustworthy, I went there for my car’s wipers not working they spent time in it, I did brought a part that I bought from O’reilly, it wasn’t the right one. I took the part back on Saturday. They did not charge me for it. Because I go there for my car sometimes. GUYS I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I don't recommend this place it's expensive and not reliable - Labor for oil change only 40 $ and i brought everything!!!!! And he He broke a part and told me to go buy another one, and his behavior was very rude.

I called for an estimate over the phone, describing the issues and parts needed. I spoke to Moe, and he gave me a quote over the phone, explaining what he thought was needed for that type of service, which made sense. I dropped off the car at the end of the day, and two days later, it was done. The type of work done was very labor-intensive. He also addressed some known issues at no extra cost. To top it off, at the time of pickup, another guy, whose name I didn't get, pulled the car up and noticed the battery on the remote was low, so he replaced it before sending us home. The guys at Cheers are very professional and knowledgeable. I am not taking my Mercedes Benz E550 anywhere but here.
