If I could give a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. Rude and unwilling to give me a receipt of the work done on my vehicle. The reviews posted previous of this business must be a sham. Beware!

They took care of us fast and they were friendly. Only reason they lost the star is because we asked for our tire to be patched in the interior. They did it on the exterior.

They told me my ball joint was bad when it was a brand new ball joint and control arm when all it is it's an outer tie rod end this place is not a good business I would not suggest anybody go there unless you want to give your money away for nothing

I dropped off my car 6/22/2019 at 8 am. Today I called again at 8:00am to see how much my car would be and nobody had even looked at it. They were rude af on the phone and kept telling me to just pick it up. They never answer the phone and they didnt even tell me they wouldnt get to my car when i dropped it off. WOULDNT RECOMMEND RUDE AF

Went in to get my front and back brakes done because they were grinding very little. Not loud like a school bus. When they were changing them they were knocking on them harder than they should of to get it loose. The next day when I drove my wife to work in the morning I stepped on the brakes to stop and it sounded worse than before I got them done. It sounded like a bus stopping really hard. I went today to talk to the guy that changed my brakes and he wasn't there another guy told me to come back 45 mins later. I came back an hour later then the guy said to come back in an hour cause he was working on a car, I asked the guy if he could look at my gmc because I didn't want anything else to happen like the rotors get messed up. He looked at the left side brakes and then told me it wasn't the brakes it was the caliber and walked away.Before I brought the vehicle in there was nothing wrong with the calibers and after they changed my brakes there was something wrong with them.

If I could rate it 0 I would horrible service I spent $210 there to fix my vehicle. they returned my vehicle worse never fixed the problem do not go there or you will get ripped of in any kind of work.

I definitely do not recommend this place. We had a horrible experience with them. we went in for a brake change and it ended up us having to buy a new caliber for our vehicle because they damaged it. We went in and asked them what happened because there was nothing wrong with the caliber when we brought it in for the brake change. The only answer they gave us was the left caliber is bad and walked away. Didn't say they could do anything about it. I'm never going back there. RATE 0 and I don't appreciate they can get to everyone else on this review thing but couldn't get back to my husband kyle horst.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here less than a week ago and they refuse to replace the bad tire they put on. The tire they put on does not hold air! All I want is them to replace their mistake. Waste of $. Do NOT go here!

This place doesn’t give you good service and it doesn’t give you quality work. They did work on my vehicle and a week later it broken down on me for the same issue. They wouldn’t fix it unless I pay again.

Blew out my back drivers side tire and tried to make it to the nearest tire shop (did not have a spare) which was Walmart on Alpine just for them and everyone else in that area to tell me that they had no openings and didn't have my tire size. Called this place since they were one of the few open at the time of night it was and they had my size, fixed it in 15 minutes, and charged me over $100 less than all the other places I called. Great customer service, I'll Definitely be going back for any tire service in the future.
