Amazing service. I had to get my Chevy Traverse a new radiator and a water pump. I live in Genoa Illinois and took it to the local shop. 2200 was the estimate, I didn't know what to do so my sister recommended this shop to me and although it's so far I called them in desperation. They gave me the estimate on the repairs and it was quarter the price that I originally was given. The SUV now drives good and I no longer have the anxiety of having to pay 2200. If you're looking for a good honest mechanic definitely give them a call. Oh and by the way there was a year warranty on the parts. 😀😀😀

Absolutely horrible company. I hired them to do a full inspection on the vehicle. Test drive it. Hook up to the computer. Make sure everything is good. They said everything is perfect. Once it’s delivered to our house, we noticed that it does not accelerate at all. And it has a partial DPF delete. So the cat converter and DPF filter is off, but the ECU has not been tuned. So it accelerates 0 to 60 in like seven minutes. And does not drive because there’s not a correct tune. They did not disclose any of this to us Before we bought the vehicle out of state. I tried to call them multiple times. They keep lying to us about who the owner is or who the inspector was and just giving us the runaround. Avoid this place. We now have to pay $3000 to get this fixed.

Amazing work and good quality services, definitely will be using this shop for years to come as it was recommended by someone locally in Rockford as myself and my wife had just moved to Rockford. Backstory: Due to a fast oil change center connected to a grocery store (Won't name the facility) they had mistakenly put power steering fluid into my brake fluid reservoir last year causing failure of master brake cylinder on my 2015 Kia Forte. Needless to say I was desperate for a fix and attempted to do this myself but wrong part was placed and caused further issues thus my desperation to find an actual shop to handle due to the complexities. Within a days notice I called this auto shop, based on a recommendation from someone local, to get a quote. My assumption was that it was going to be potentially in the thousands range but when this mechanic called me the very next morning to quote the price it was less than $400.00 to fix my brake system, which is insanely cheap compared to other shops. I let him know at 8am Monday that I am good with the pricing and to start with repairs assuming it would take him a weeks time to finish. Within 4 hours of calling to start the repairs, the mechanic called me back not only to tell me exactly what was going on with my vehicle but to let me know that it was ready for pickup. I advised him that unfortunately I was out of town and stuck at work until 5:30pm so I would not be able to pick up right away. This gentleman went above and beyond to say that is fine to come later after their closing hours to wait for me to pickup the vehicle. I arrived assuming there may be an upcharge to the repairs as many shops tend to do and to my pleasant surprise the quote he gave me was the exact price he charged me and he even gave me back the part that was not working so I could go to auto parts start store to return. To say this fix made my year is an understatement as no one wants to pay thousands of dollars to get a car they just purchased to be fixed. If you are in the area or within 45 minutes, I highly recommend you use this shop.
