I wouldn’t recommend - The staff are nice but need to understand every customer is different….. every time I leave the car for service there is always some miscellaneous charges adding additional expenses than what I expected… All representatives should explain the service the car requires and the final bill. I left the car for engine oil cap leak - they quoted me a $547 (While it’s more cheaper on any local garage anyway) later after a day called me back to inform they wanted to change the belt too and would charge me a $946? (The car was already inspected a week before for any issues- they just mentioned belt charges on a separate column - and expect me to know the belt needs urgent attention too and comes along the engine repair as well? )I mean why not explain this to me first time you gave me the quote? I am not the car expert! I dunno what belt comes with what other part repairs? Had I known this earlier I wouldn’t have dropped the car first place? Every service here I believe is very expensive than usual. My three star is only for how politely they handled the situation.

You raised the price of a oil change and tire rotation by 90%. Over a $100 for this service is crazy. Had my appointment at 3:00. It took an hour and a half to complete this service. Way to long for a oil change. The positive part was the young lady who waited on me. She was very polite, helpful and understanding. You should be happy to a woman like this working for you...

This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I came in for an oil change, a software update related to a recall and a new tire. When I met with the lady in service she told me it would take 3 hours. I waited for over 5 before someone asked if I was alright. I told them I needed an update, they went to check, came back shortly and said I my truck was almost ready. Another hour went by and then I got a call saying my truck was ready (the lady knew I was waiting, but still called instead of coming to tell me.). When I went to the desk, she stated that her and a technician checked the tire and it was fine. I walked outside with her and showed her the cut in the tire and her response was “oh”. About 30 minutes later she came back with a quote for the tire, I asked how long it would take to replace it and she stated that she couldn’t tell me because I’d have to schedule another service appointment. At this point I requested my keys, which seemed relieved to give me and I left. She could not have cared less about my experience and it makes absolutely no sense for two people in your dealership being unable to diagnose a tire issue I could identify in seconds. I’ve bought multiple vehicles from your dealership, but thus will probably be the last one

Very bad experience. I don't understand why you would schedule a day and time for an inspection if, 24 hours after you left your car, it's still parked in the same place and they can't tell you when you'll have the results of the inspection. You're just on a waiting list! If you have time to spare, it's worth it to park there. Otherwise, find another place!

I brought my daughter’s car in for an oil change. I got a text saying all 20 lug nuts were swollen and to get the off, then would need to damage all the wheels. They also said the driver side tire had a nail in it and was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. I was also told the car needed an alignment. This car just had brand new tires on it 1.5 years ago with an alignment. I picked the car up and took it to a tire shop 10 minutes up the road and the lug nuts were not swollen, it used a 19.5 piece. There was also no nail in the tire. This car was a Chevy Cruze and this is a Chevy dealership, how don’t you have the correct tools?? The lady told me at the dealer that they used a 19 at first and it was too small and then a 20 that was too big and that’s why they assumed all 20 lug nuts were swollen. I can’t imagine the damage and cost if I had told them to fix it! Unbelievable! I will NEVER be back here!

Well this experience was markedly different from my last visit. There seemed to be a whole new team of service writers. And that's good news because my last visit for service was like a trip through hell! So much on fact I didn't bother to write a review. It would have been a novel longer than "World and Peace". I decided to give the Crew's team another go and I'm glad I did. Getting my Corvette C8 serviced was a piece of cake. Ansly and Debbie found all my discounts and they were very friendly and caring. Kimo shuttled me to my destination safely while my car was being serviced. I feel like I'm part of the Crew's Family once more.

Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Crews, their service department was welcoming and accommodating. Took my truck in for a loud noise it was making on startup to get diagnosed and repaired. I was given the diagnosis and of the problem and cost of the repairs. I agreed to the repairs and had them fix the issues. However, when I went back to pick up the truck as soon as I started it up it was doing the exact thing that I brought it in for. I was told to bring it back and after checking it again they basically said I wouldn't worry about it because it has high mileage and is running well but the recommendation would be to replace the engine if it gets worse. I knew it was running fine before I took it there so It would have been nice to get that information before I spent almost $3k only to leave with the same problem I brought it in for.
