Horrible talked to frank online agree to a price When down to the dealership had me fill out the paperwork for the car and at the last minute had a computer problem and the car was a 2025 to trim level down. Completely wasted my time. It really disappointing because I bought a car a year ago from Hyundai and it was easy and straightforward.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The sales team and Fernando were professional, helpful, and made the process feel smooth and welcoming at first. Unfortunately, everything changed once I met with the financing manager, Steve. During our interaction, I was talked down to and made to feel unintelligent for wanting to contact my bank before moving forward. This is a completely reasonable request, especially as a first time buyer. Steve was dismissive, rushed me out of his office as if I were wasting his time, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. What made this worse is that no one else came into his office for another twenty minutes, so being rushed felt unnecessary and intentional. As a Black woman, this interaction felt like clear bias and disrespect. The tone and dismissive behavior were hard to ignore and left me feeling unwelcome and devalued as a customer. No one should feel pressured or belittled while making such a major financial decision. It is unfortunate that one interaction overshadowed what started as a positive experience. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way, but it seemed as though management cared more about the sale than acknowledging and addressing the issue head on.

If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Joel was so helpful. I made the mistake of buying my car at Elk Grove Nissan. I couldn't stand that car. Joel helped me figure out what I could do and how I could do it. I did it and he provided me with the car that I now own. I love this car. It is more than I could have dreamed of. The monthly payments and insurance are less then my previous payments.No pressure! Chico Nissan is the absolute best. Thank you Joel and Chico Nissan.

Although we almost didn't do business with Chico Nissan because they ended their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, we decided to give them a chance anyway. Andrew (Drew) was the best vehicle salesperson I have ever worked with! We had a lot of questions and he was kind and patient through all of them. He was courteous and respectful to both me and my wife, and even our friend who had come along for the ride. (When, in contrast, some salespeople only give their attention to the apparent decision maker.) After taking a test drive and discussing some numbers, we told him we wanted to go home and discuss it, and possibly go look at some other SUVs. He was understanding and did not put any pressure on us. The next day I sent him a text and we negotiated a deal and we left with a new Pathfinder Platinum. Hopefully we won't regret buying with Chico Nissan instead of a dealer that still offers the Lifetime Powertrain.... But only time will tell. As to our sales experience, Drew is the best and we will happily return there due to the sales experience we had with him. Thank you!
