Absolutely terrible business! The owner talks entirely too much. Every time you call to check on your car all he does is complain about his life and his business. Doesn't want to pay his workers right apparently. Considering they all walked out and apparently that's the customer's fault. He says they want top notch pay. But they want to do welfare work. Had my Jeep for over a week. Never called me. I had to call him every single time to check on my Jeep. Then I'll tell him I want to just come pick it up after he's done nothing to it. And he says well I could charge you $450 for my guys looking over it for 4 hours but if you just bring me $150 I guess that'll be good. Not to mention the 1200 we've already spent with him this past month. Absolutely atrocious customer service. No ones fault he can't keep employees.

My wife took her van in due to the engine light on. They dropped it off at noon and it was ready by 3 the same day. The service, professionalism and cost is the best I have ever dealt with. We will continue to take all of our auto business to Chris. I also want to mention how nice and supportive Carla is.
