Use Chris three different times on two different cars and both came out good was very pricey goes by shop price then adds his own which is diabolical tried to have him work on my other car ignored me for weeks then tell me he can’t do it for two weeks then proceeds to charge me 450$ for a 200$ which takes less then a hour other then that good work.

I was driving from Florida to Maine in my 2007 GMC Duramax diesel and broke down in Connecticut. I tried Meineke who did their best and was really helpful but couldn't diagnose a diesel. I was in a time crunch and Chris was the only pro who made time to work on my truck and got me back on the road. Not only was he a Pro (who knew what he was doing), but he was very personable and friendly. I was a truck driver for almost 20 years and wouldn't hesitate to have him work on my commercial rig

Was charged 200 for them to come to my place that included the drive and the service which I was cool with since I wasn’t home my car had a backfire which needed to be fixed asap all that was wrong was a broken coil that needed to be removed easy repair right instead got black mailed in a way where the dude tell me that he was going to have to charge me an extra 100 to continue his job to remove a rubber piece that was part of the coil of the ignition that can be removed easily told me it was going to take him 90 mins to do 😭😂 got home checked if he actually worked on the car and came to realize the man didn’t do jack but remove rubber made the easiest 300 dollars if his life, it’s a life lesson do you’re own work on you’re car actually take the time to work on it.mind you the coil was put back broken . I don’t mind the 200 but getting charge an extra 100 was where I was taken advantage of and lost trust with the company easily.

Great Mechanic. Highly recommend to everyone needing mechanical work done in the area. Came to me in a Timely manner on a SATURDAY. Explained to me what he was gonna do. After showed me what he did.
