They charge too much. My bill started out $140 end up with a $510 bill. This was not communicated to me before the work was completed. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS GARAGE AT ALL.

I am a customer with Family Auto who sent me to this "garage". First it was in a nasty trailer park with dogs everywhere. Speaking with Chris himself was NOT pleasurable. He was very rude, very nonchalant , and very unprofessional. I was told to bring my car back just to have them say, without looking at it, that they could not do anything with it. This is the worse garage I have ever been to. I would NEVER recommend anybody going here especially if you are a customer of color.

Very polite and professional. Was quoted between $800 and $1100 by a couple of other places to pull the entire dash out of an Olds Bravada to repair a damper door and get the heat working. He did it for $550 and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also had it fixed within the timeframe they estimated and kept me updated as to what was going on with the repair while they had my vehicle.

I’m very disappointed in this garage that I trusted. I expected professionalism, but I got the exact opposite. I took my vehicle there to be repaired, and they informed me that they couldn’t find a certain part that needed to be replaced. When I found that part, they kept giving me different stories as to what part I actually needed. During this process, they kept my vehicle for 3 consistent months. In the end, I had to get it towed to and different business to get it repaired, which only took 3 days. I was never given an explanation or apology from Chris Fowler’s garage as to why the repairs were never completed and for wasting my time.

My daughter had some work done to her car and was quoted one price and when she went to pick it up it was 250 dollars more. I guess it's a lesson learned not to use this place again. Don't let the good ratings fool you too. Will be going back to Israel auto from now own . Sad the took advantage of someone.....

Came here because of a leak in one of tires on my way to Charlotte. They took off the tire and diagnosed the issue; unfortunately, I needed a new tire. Even though they couldn't fix it, they found a shop nearby that could replace the tire, late in the afternoon. They wouldn't take any money for their assistance. Good, honest people.
