I needed my an alignment after purchasing tires elsewhere. I googled tire shops near me and Eddy's came up with excellent ratings. After reading numerous reviews, I gave him a call and he told me to come about 10 am the next day. I.am.so thankful God sent me here. As a woman, I am usually extremely uncomfortable in these settings, but Eddy put me at ease and was very respectful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After multiple people looked at my dad’s truck and couldn’t figure out why it was shaking, I finally decided to call a rim shop and ask about spacers. Eddie was super helpful on the phone and said if I drove it over, he could tell in just a minute whether the spacers were right or not. Sure enough, the dealership that installed the rims didn’t put the correct spacers on, which was causing the shaking. Eddie put the right size spacers on and immediately fixed the issue. It was honestly refreshing to find someone who just wanted to help and didn’t try to charge an arm and a leg to figure it out. I really appreciate you, Eddie — and sorry this review is late!
