What a complete stealership!! My brother and mom get conned into buying a warranty, immediately goes back after to cancel, and they still have not gotten a refund after 5 months! Even better, the finance manager and GM will not answer any of their calls! What a complete joke!! We will NEVER come back!

Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Dishonest Negotiation - Don't even deserve 1 star We recently visited Ciocca Volkswagen of Allentown to lease a vehicle. After viewing a specific car on the lot, we asked for a 36-month lease quote with $3,000 down. The initial offer was around $620/month, which was shockingly high. After some negotiation, they came down to $415/month — around 33% down, wow. We countered with $385/month and were told they couldn't do it, so we walked away after spending nearly an hour and a half there. Just minutes later, while on our way to another dealership, we got a call saying our offer of $385/month was accepted for the car we had originally discussed and seen. We turned around and returned to start the paperwork. About 30 minutes into the documentation process, the salesperson — who was actually very polite throughout — came back and informed us that the accepted offer was not for the car we had seen, but for a different, less expensive vehicle we had never even looked at. When we expressed our frustration, the sales manager was dismissive and unprofessional, basically saying “take it or leave it,” knowing we had already invested close to 3 hours. This experience left us feeling misled and pressured. First, we were quoted an inflated price that would’ve cost us significantly more had we accepted it. Then, even after agreeing on terms, they baited us back only to switch the deal to a different car — a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the dealership's integrity and respect for customers' time and trust. Don't take the quote they give as this would be a very high price.

I would like to start off by saying that our sales consultant, Eli, was great. He answered questions and explained everything in detail. The used car sales manager, Jim, is not so great hence the 1 star review. Jim makes promises he doesn’t keep. We purchased a vehicle in May that had some cosmetic issues. We were not going to purchase the car but Jim asked if there was anything that could be done for us to purchase the vehicle. We weren’t looking for a slashed price we just wanted a small dent pulled and a couple of deep paint chips filled in. Jim said this was no problem he would have them fixed we just needed to bring the car back in for repairs and they would be covered. Jim said he would give us a call and let us know where we could get our car in for the repairs. I never received a call, so I waited a few weeks and decided I was going to call Jim and see where we were in the process of scheduling the repairs. I received Jim’s voicemail both times I called and I left a message asking for a return call both times. This was in June. I have yet to receive a call from Jim regarding the repairs I was promised for the purchase of my vehicle.
