The good: I have been here twice so far. The place is modest. But the attitude is great. They are digital savvy. I get quotes and statuses sent to my email. Even the bmw dealer is all paper. They do not over-diagnose or make dishonest recommendations. On occasions I have had been told “we checked and all good” instead of trying to upsell fix recommendations. The cons: Pricing is closer to dealer pricing than expected. But work was good.

I took my Mercedes there because I thought I was having transmission problems, but come to find out. I had a bad crankshaft position sensor & I also had an open thermostat & the heater valve was leaking. It’s been about a week no problem so thank you guys. My first encounter with the owner was a pleasant experience that left me with a very memorable, long-lasting good impression. Last year, I had just purchased a used Mercedes with less than 50k miles on it, and surprisingly, the check engine light came on a few weeks after my purchase. I was in shock, being the Mercedes was purchased from a car lot of a close friend of the family who ensured me the car was in great condition. I declined the extended warranty with my initial purchase with the intention to later buy my own warranty. Because of that mistake, I didn't know if I could go back to the family friend to help me with the issue or if they would even help me at all. So, I started calling around to Mercedes mechanics. Every last mechanic I spoke to was trying to force me to come in and leave my car with them for a few days to diagnose the issue, no one even offered an opinion on what the issue could be. Also, leaving the car for days was costly having to rent a car plus pay hundreds just to figure out what the issue was. I was overwhelmed and frustrated. Then I came across Cisco's repair shop from a Google search. He had great reviews plus he has been in business for 10+ years, which was important for me because I wanted a knowledgeable mechanic. So, I called, and to my surprise, the owner (Cisco) answered the phone and listened patiently as I explained my issue. A few moments later, he responded with an experienced opinion on what he thought my issue was. (Something all the other mechanics refused to do) He said he was 90% sure that's what my issue was because it was a common issue he'd seen on the particular make of vehicle, but he said he would need to hook my car up to a diagnostic machine to be 100% certain. I asked him how much would he charge me and how long would I have to leave my car with him? He told me if I brought it by that day and was a little patient he would personally check it for me for free and tell me what the issue was right away. I was so grateful and went to his shop as quickly as possible. I did not have to wait for longer than 30 minutes before he hooked my car up to a diagnostic machine. It took a few minutes to learn his initial assessment of the issue was 100% accurate, and I was beyond impressed. Not only was he knowledgeable enough to diagnose an issue with just a description via phone, but he was an honest man who wasn't trying to get me to come in to make money off of me like the other mechanics made me feel. He told me right away it would be an expensive issue to repair and he encouraged me to go back to the people I had just bought the vehicle from to see if they could help me and he suggested I should get an extended warranty asap. I was so grateful to him, and I followed his advice and told my family friend what happened, and thankfully they sent me to their car lots outside mechanic free of charge. Recently, my car needed servicing, so I knew right away who I would be taking my vehicle to, Cisco! After bringing my car in, the service took longer than expected, and Cisco brought me back in the shop and showed me why. I had an oil leak due to me barely driving the vehicle. Cisco used a flashlight and showed me exactly where the oil was leaking. He said he wanted me to see the exact issue so I could feel comfortable in his diagnoses. He remembered my face from our previous encounter but of course I didn't expect him to remember exactly who I was a year later so I laughed and told him I trusted him because I remember how honest and helpful he was from the first time we met. I reminded him that when we first spoke, he was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. The nearby mechanic overheard our conversation and boasted "Yep that's why he's the boss!" Cisco and his wife are wonderful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people that I will never stop raving about. As a woman, it is important to find a mechanic that not only makes me feel comfortable but one I can trust. I am so grateful to have come across Cisco's business, and I will definitely be a lifetime customer.

As soon as I arrived i was treated great !!! Everyone there was nice , courteous, and on their job it didn’t take but a few moments for Cisco to identify the problem. He quoted me pricing for a used part and new part . I said I’d go with the used for cheaper and in the end they ended up putting the new part for the price of the ! And I was back behind the wheel in no time !!! Very professional and the shop was exquisite nice and clean !!! All in all I give Cisco’s a 10 out of 10 !!! Thanks

As a new customer my first time experience at Cisco’s was very pleasant. I called ahead for a date/time to bring my ‘15 BMW 535i in for trunk repairs and I am not disappointed with the results! Cisco came out and viewed how I had my trunk rigged in order to open it through the back seat after a failed attempt to repair it myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that the job would be done as well as correcting the mistakes that I had made. I was quoted a fair price and that is exactly what I paid when the job was completed. I am pleased that my wallet wasn’t taxed for bringing him a job that I had messed up! I received quality work, and my car was returned to me with nothing missing or damaged. Arlene was polite both over the phone and in person, and the atmosphere was friendly and family oriented. Being a new BMW owner I have learned quickly how costly repairs can be on them, but when running and operating properly they are definitely the ultimate driving machine in my opinion. I call my car “JET” and he will definitely be returning to Cisco’s in the future.
