I have been using Clear Lake Nissan parts department for almost 15 years. I've had 2 Nissan trucks and a Sentra where I need it to buy parts. These guys have always been responsive and very helpful. They know the products very well. I would not feel comfortable using any other Nissan dealership for my needs.

This review is a copy of another review I posted for Clear Lake Nissan Parts Center. I highly advise against using this Parts Center for any needs besides in warranty issues. I brought my vehicle in yesterday. They refused to perform a Safety Recall without my paying for another service. The service was replacing a mass air flow sensor for which they were charging $895. I may be mistaken, but had these services been necessary to perform the recall, Nissan would be responsible. They would only reimburse the Parts center. The Parts center would not have made a profit. The Service Manager and Production Manager behaved in an unprofessional manner. Following my interaction with this center, I went to Reliance Nissan in Alvin where the Safety Recall was performed with out any problems from staff. I recommend them over Clear Lake Nissan for servicing out of warranty. Besides better customer service, their rates are significantly lower. I recommend using any other center if possible.
