They didn’t have a new windshield like they were supposed to for our vehicle so convinced us could be fixed for less than deductible. Less than a week later cracks in windshield were coming back and we were out $65. Wanted to give a local company a chance but chose not to go back to get new windshield like we were supposed to in the first place.

My Chevy dealer recommended these guys to me. I called and scheduled my windshield replaced which was accurately quoted and the price was fair. The guy came to my apartment on time and did a perfect job which took him 1 hour. Very satisfied. Paid after the job was done. The windshield is exactly like the original one, even those edges with black sticker matched 100%. Saved over $300 vs going to the dealer.

Worked with me even after experiencing some technical difficulties, and didn't hassle me on needing to reschedule even after they ordered my windshield! Came out to my place of work for no extra charge. The two men who installed my glass were fast, diligent, and nice! It's been over a week since my installment, and there's no issues yet. It's been raining and no leaks either! It's so clear it's like nothing is there! (lost photo of original installment, will edit with a photo of the outside view when it is not raining)

First and worst experience with this company. We paid them to come out and measure an oval table and replace the broken glass center piece and when I recieved the finished product it didn't even fit! And after taking it back ( long ass drive out of the way) to get fixed and setting it up on the table, the finished products edges are so uneven It's embarassing. Huge gaps are left on the edges! If you want to waste your hard earned dollars on a company that has low integrity in their product, workmanship, and no sense of 100% customer satisfaction, by all means shop here.

Brought a window into get repaired. They explained everything to me. They “fixed it” and told me to come pay. I came and paid and went to load it up and the workers noticed the frame was crooked and it had to be redone. They explained they would call when it was done. They never called, or repaired the window. I would call and explain this and was always told we will have someone call you back. No one, not once, ever, called me back. I’ve called and asked for a refund several times and get told “we will have someone call you back”. They never do. Just today the manager was supposed to call me back. Never did. I’m giving up.

Great price, quick service, terrible customer service. Had the rear view mirror fall off after two months. Not wanting to burden the company with such an easy fix, I reglued it myself using Permatex rear view mirror glue, a product I've used for years with zero issues. The mirror fell off again and took a chunk of glass with it. Admiral refused to warranty it because I used the "wrong glue."
