Very professional and courteous staff from General Mgr to the counter/office staff. My repair job was an insurance covered job and required a car rental. They helped keep all three of us updated on the status of the job so I was not without transportation. I really appreciated their help. I got the vehicle back as planned and so far I am very satisfied with all the work they did. I would recommend Classic Collision Repair Shop, League City, to others.

Excellent service! I had to get my front bumper replaced due to minor fender dent and Classic Collision did an excellent job replacing and paint matching the bumper. My car was damaged in May of 2024. My car was not completed until the beginning of July 2024. I picked my car up and they didn’t even fix the damages that were approved by my adjuster. I then went back and picked up my car 40 days later and they left it in the parking lot and someone damaged the door. I then took my car back after they replaced the motor and the check engine light came on. I brought the car to autozone to see why the car received that message. I then brought the car back to Classic Collision to see what was wrong. They then took the car and cleared the message and stated that was wrong from autozone. I brought my car back and now I’m upset and the general manager Everett Hunt was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful towards me when I’m the one without a vehicle and constantly having to return. I then was told to bring my car back to fix the problem. When I return to fix the problem that occurred through them in August. I then I had to repay due to an error Darren Culver made and putting in the wrong amount when I made the first payment two months ago. The company refused to give me my car back until I made a payment of $1k right there. This place is horrible and they take forever to fix your car even after your insurance company made a payment. Then I was not told I had to drop my car off to be fixed when I brought it back. Everett Hint was unprofessional and rude to me again!! This place is unprofessional and rude. I would not utilize this company of your insurance allow you to go to other facilities.

I had the worst experience recently! They are so unprofessional. They didn’t keep me updated on my vehicle. I took my car in October 5,2025 I agreed to leave my car to the 16th or 17th they pushed dates back weekly to finesse insurance. My car went from 10,103.00 to get fixed to 15,500 is literally insane and my left blinker or right blinker is making a sound. My car is not driving right and I just got my car back yesterday on October 29,2025 just to notice my car is not fixed right. I have to pay for a rental car not insurance. I paid for a rental car for 23 and they didn’t even fix my car right. I am taking my car to Lincoln dealership if they messed my car up they will pay. They know blinkers sound but now mine quiet! They will reap what they sowe. Rips you off. If the parts on the car are not OES I will get legal counsel behind this. I refused to sign paperwork that I have not read through. Never take your car to these people on my soul!

I recently had my 2022 Chevrolet repaired at your body shop after a driver-side collision with an 18-wheeler. When I picked up the truck, I immediately felt something was wrong and told my service advisor. Despite my concerns and experience as a former fleet manager, I was told the vehicle was fine. After driving it, the left side felt lower and bouncy. I took it to Big Star Caddilac, where they confirmed multiple unresolved issues and $3,100 in remaining damages so far. I also am having to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket due to All of the delays at this shop. I do not appreciate being dismissed when raising legitimate safety concerns. This was the worst service experience I’ve had, and it has severely impacted my trust in this body shop.

If I could multiply these five stars, I absolutely would!! I have used Classic Collision in League City, TX, twice within the past couple of years for damage repairs. We already know their quality of work and customer service far supersedes any other collision repair company, without a doubt! My intent today is not only to reiterate another compliment this incredible facility, but I'd like to commend two employees in particular for helping me in a time of need. Good Samaritans ! I drive a German vehicle, an Audi to be more specific. The battery died unexpectedly, recently , and there is not a dealership located anywhere on this side of town. I was merely left with the option of purchasing a battery locally and hoping to find someone to install it as soon as possible. (This all occurred the day before Thanksgiving). The auto part store was unable to install, as the system needed "re-calibrating" once connected. I absolutely knew if I'd had to wait much longer, I may be facing having the car towed after the holiday. Remembering the excellent service I'd received here previously, I reached out to ask if they may know anyone in the area that may be of any help to me in this situation. Lucretia answered the phone as always being so kind and accommodating throughout my previous experiences. She took time to speak to the staff, explaining my situation. She is always helpful and understanding, very consistent! My vehicle had been calibrated last visit, so, I was in hopes they may shed some light on my new circumstance. Everett picked up the phone and took time to explain everything thoroughly in a way I would understand. We spoke of the German vehicle brands and limited means of obtaining services outside of the restricted environment of the dealership. Our conversation was most helpful and enlightening! He was kind enough to say they would install the battery and do what they could to help, within all the best of their best abilities. Must say, I drove off happier than ever, truly relieved, no panel warning lights, everything working perfectly!! Better than if I had gone to a dealership !!! Kudos to ALL !!! Y'all Saved My Holiday !!! Needless to say, I am endlessly grateful and indebted to Classic Collision and especially this incredible Staff in League City !
