My stepdad took 2 of his trucks up to shop off Rd and they totally over charged him on bid they had originally gave him and on his other truck they installed air bags and never wk with key fob and now there wanting a extra 800 pay for new mogul and it's been 3wks and sense I had airbags installed they have never worked!!This shop off road are crooks!Be extremely careful using this company!!

Awesome shop. They squeezed me in on a Saturday for a badly needed caster adjustment, along with new shims. They said it would be about a 2 hour wait. I was back in my truck within 2 hrs, and it drives like it should now. Definitely will be returning for more work.

Hunter and Brian were a great help in equipping my F250 with a Ready-Lift leveling kit, Ranch Hand Legend grille guard and good looking spray in bedliner. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Products and service were exemplary. As a business owner I appreciate that they were able to schedule on times that worked for both of us. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The attached photos were taken before I had an opportunity to wash up the truck after a road trip. But my truck is ready to take off road… new tires to come in the not too distant future.

I cannot believe how badly The Shop screwed up my MXT. Subcontracted by another mechanic; They refused to be supervised. I was not allowed to come see my vehicle and they Would not perform work as desired; only to their own liking. The Shop Literally ruined my truck by cutting a hole in the drivers front frame rail next to the engine mount and welding onto the frame, forever weakening the frame. This when all they had to do is use existing bolts and bolt holes in the frame rail. The airbag on this side between the frame and the axle is offset from centerline. On the passenger side, instead of using existing bolt holes, decided to weld--- terrible quality welds--- onto the frame, thus weakening this frame as well. Look at pics of airbags offset from center with a support pipe on top of the front axle. The undercoating job is awful. Incompletely media blasted. Left rust and debris behind and partially coated the structural members after removing the bed. Additionally overspray on my chrome bumper, various engine parts including hoses, radiator, horn. Partially coated Axle. Overspray on transmission, starter. Skid plate incompletely blasted and incompletely coated. New airbags have paint/undercoating on them. One of my primary concerns about wobble in the front end not even addressed. The list goes on... Charged me 25k and took 6+ months at their shop to ruin my truck. It is a rare vehicle.. It cannot be repaired. I want all of my money back and to be compensated for damages.

Kersten and Mike were very knowledgeable, through in their explanation of available and appropriate products and helped me find the right selection for my 2025 GMC. We chose to go with a 2” leveling kit and Nitto Terra Grappler R/T tires which enhanced the overall look of my truck but kept it looking professional and provided me with more clearance and a slightly more aggressive style. The pricing was affordable and the service once options were chosen was great from the scheduling to Communcations of the status of the project. I highly recommend them.

My overall experience with Off-Road Shop was extremely disappointing. After my bumper arrived, I waited several weeks for installation, which was fine considering I live 45 minutes to an hour away. When I dropped my truck off, I asked if they could do a front-end alignment. I was told they could not due to being busy, which I understood. I was originally scheduled to pick my truck up the next day. Later that same day, I was called and told the truck was ready. Because of the distance, I told them I would still be picking it up the following day. At that point, I told they would attempt the alignment while it remained there overnight. When I arrived the next day, the alignment had not been done, reportedly due to staffing issues. When I picked up my truck, I found several unacceptable issues. A basket of my oil- and gas-soaked rags had been placed inside the cab of my truck, while other items were left out. My old bumper was thrown into the bed of my truck, where it caused my carpet to become completely soaked during the rain. As a result, the carpet mildewed and was damaged. The bumper would have fit properly in the bed with the cover closed, but I had to personally flip it over the 300 pound bumper myself in the rain to secure my bedcover from flapping and causing further damage to my things. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I use the bed of my truck daily. It felt as careless as leaving my windows down in a downpour. Additionally, clips on my front dash were broken near the light bar switch, which is clearly visible in the photos I provided. When I originally spoke with the owner, I couldn't get more than a few words out without him cutting me off or talking over me. Ultimately he did say he would replace the damaged carpet mat; but in return, I was told I would need to make a two-hour round trip to pick it up rather than having it shipped to my home. Because of this, my husband had to purchase a replacement himself. There was also no mention of repairing or addressing the broken dash clips, despite photos being sent to document the damage. Not to mention I still have to take my truck to another shop to fix my headlights because they have them pointed so low I cant see the road while driving at night. On top of that, we had been trying for over a month to get pricing on airbags, wheels, and tires. My husband was ready to purchase — we just needed pricing. After weeks of waiting and no response, we contacted another company, received pricing immediately, and placed our order without issue. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of care, communication, and professionalism. Based on how my vehicle and business were handled, I would not recommend this shop.
