Went in knowing that my car had specific issues, which they looked into and gave me a price , they also let me know of some other items to be pending and with a seperate price should I choose to do it, didnt feel like they were pushing it on either, just giving me a heads up since I asked for a diagnostic of anything that might need attention. Got my vehicle back and am quite surprised that my already smooth driving car, was even smoother, will deffinetly return for future car maintenance.

Honest vendor! I had been to this repair shop before and found them to be highly competent at a fair price. After visiting a small chain brand auto repair place for an alignment and being told that I first needed tie rod work, upper arm and some new ball joints to make my front end more stable before the rotation, I decided to tap into Gulf Coast Auto and truck's expertise for a second opinion. Sure, enough, after test driving it and looking at my front end they determined they did not agree at all with that diagnosis and that I just needed new rack bushings and then the alignment to address any front end play. While they could've taken advantage of my previous and likely deceptive diagnosis, they instead decided to reinforce their integrity and tackle this as a small job knowing they would have a happy customer for the future. Their ratings are high and there's a reason for it, my experience was very eye-opening and pleasurable compared to most other car shops. Thank you to BLAKE for being a great help on my Tundra that saved me 1000s of dollars had I just gone with the other shop's "fix".

Couple of months ago, our serpentine belt broke on our car. I was stuck at the park-and-ride in clear lake. My wife looked up car shop locally and she came across gulf coast So we had a record sent by them pick the car up. Got my belt replaced in a timely fashion. I got back on the road had no complaints with that. That was very good job. They did for us then I had another issue couple about a month later, it becomes that my car needed to be. I guess it had to get a first time spark plugs in other things that had to be done that the first time since we’ve had the car that it was dumped good maintenance no issues now. Yesterday February 18 my starring like Kimo took it in there. They quoted a price which I like and my wife loved it. They are honest and we will continue to take our car there. We’ve got no regrets on golf Coast so we highly recommend if you have a problem with your car take it to you won’t be disappointed.
