Professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Recommend for: Toyota owner who want fast oil changes and tires rotations and League City Little League parents who want to multi task. Pros: walk inns welcome, fast turnaround (45 mins both times in my case), fast checkout, did not try to selling me unwanted services. Cons: none to list I have owned my 2017 Toyota Sienna for 1 year and taken it to this location twice for express service. It’s located next to my sons little league baseball fields and is convenient to drop off before a game and pick up after. They keep my vehicles information saved in the system which makes drop off quick. I get a text when the vehicle and walk next door to pick it ip. The staff is always knowable and professional, they ask me basic service questions and my car is checked in within two mins. Very happy with services here, I will continue to come back as a regular customer.

Holy smokes they screwed this up! The normal service department was always screwed up. Express Maintenance usually worked pretty well. They did away with express maintenance and now you have to go through service. Stuck in the queue now but they took away the one thing that kept a little of my business. The sales portion of the dealership lost my business years ago. Didn’t even give them a chance at the new 4 Runner that we bought for my wife a couple of weeks back.

I was told they would remove my locking lugnuts for free. I went and they said nope your car is too old. They sent me to parts, and I spent 30 bucks on a key, they could have easily sent to service. Shady

They're alright. Overpriced, but typical of a stealership. I've got a few Toyotas and they service the ones that have the maintenance packages, but a take 5 or jiffy lube would be cheaper. Get what you pay for, I hate changing my own oil. I refuse all the up charges because it's way cheaper to do it yourself or have a different shop do the work.
