Selling bad automobiles i bought my car may 2020, i work on the road they did not service my vehicle before I took it off the lot. Car had a broken windshield when i bought it. They wrote a 30day out fix if it was out of the 30days they wouldnt fix that. Had two flat tires with in the 6 months of purchasing never reimbursed. Check engine light came on in the same stint in time, refuser to look at my vehicle. Very disappointed that i purchased throught them on the account that no accountability held on their end.

Great SUV. Had it checked out the day after I bought it and Conrads said it was a great vehicle and the only thing it was going to need in the foreseeable future was tires. I was pretty persistent about what price I was going to pay and the salesman at the time (who isn't there anymore) had an attitude about going back and forth with the finance person. Kept asking are you going to let a couple hundred dollars keep you from this vehicle...yes! yes I am. There was also a problem with the title, but that wasn't the dealerships fault. It was that the auction that they bought it from in New York took forever getting the titles, plus during Covid it wasn't easy process. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I got my title. I bought it the beginning of August and I just got my title. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I was happy that I had a temporary tags in the meantime. I don't know if the complaints about this place were with the old staff or because you didn't do your due diligence in picking out a car.

ryan was very helpful and friendly! he was super knowledgeable on the cars there and showed me one that exactly fit my needs! the whole process was super fast and easy and he was really reassuring and answered all my questions :) i would definitely recommend going to cle motor center for a car, especially if you don't have credit or have bad credit; they really work with you to get the best price possible. and he treated me like family! 10/10 great employee, great business!

My granddaughter needed a car because someone had hit her current car and it was marked off as totaled by the insurance. Someone recommended Cleveland Auto Sales and after looking online she found a car she was interested in. I have to say this company has the NICEST group of employees I have ever dealt with at any dealership. “D” and Rachel were exceptional...working hard to make sure my granddaughter was able to get the car she wanted at a reasonable price...seeing to our comfort by asking if we needed anything to drink or eat since we were there so long. No hard pressure sales just great salesmanship. I’m thoroughly pleased with the experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Shady owner never received title to the car he sold me. Kept 6,000 dollar down payment and took the car back. Saw him 2 days later door dashing in the car. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had. Please don't go here,over a year later and still fighting for my money back.
