I ran over a bolt on my way to work and stopped in to see if my tire could be fixed or needed replaced. I asked about if the tire could be repaired and was told it depended on where in the tire the bolt was. I explained where the bolt was and still did not get an answer. Also the car was in the parking lot so would have been easy to just go look. I then asked about just replacing the tire and got asked my tire size. I explained I did not know but did know the year, make and model. Again, the car was in the parking lot. The employee said he could not help me without the tire size. Extremely unhelpful. Called Discount tire and was told they would repair the tire for free and they were able to provide me with prices over the phone and could get me in anytime.

I have been going to Conrad's for years. Paul is wonderful! He's the HONEST mechanic and holds his people to the same standards. They are quick and friendly. The front waiting area is always clean.😀😀😀😀😀😀 I always feel good when my car is in their care.

Have always been very happy with there service, have bought tons of tire's there, and have sent many family and my customers there. But very dissatisfied that if they have noticed 2 or 3 times a oil pan small leak, WHY would they not try to tighten it up, and if it leak the next time the could put a gasket on. Instead the wrote it on RO but did say a word. Some times a little extra thought for a good customer, goes a long way. Thanks Steve Moore

Very good experience and amazing staff, especially the Hispanic gentleman in the front counter. Definitely will recommend to all my family and friends. Went to get a regular oil change and Mr.E talked to me about getter the best oil change because of my mileage; so I did. Will return for future mechanical issues and tires hands down!! Just got got my first oil change at Conrad's on Broad St in Elyria. I booked my appointment online only two hours earlier. I checked in and got a written estimate before work began. They took my car back immediately. Unfortunately, i did not allow enough time for their excellent basic package which includes tire rotation and a full service check up. I only expected a quickie oil change. When I told them i had scheduled another appointment and needed to get out of there, the service rep actually RAN back to the garage and put a rush on it. And the whole thing cost me $29 including tax! Outstanding customer service, a great price, convenient - I'm a Conrad's fan!

These guys are awesome, Joe and the rest of the staff are very helpful. Went in for tires and received much more. Refreshments in the lobby/waiting area, it was warm in 30 degree weather. Magazines on the table to read and popcorn as a quick snack for all who wish. Service was fast and the inspected my elantra gave me recommendations for services. Prices are fair and services were fast all things considered .I will be returning for future services.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff very willing to explain. I was sitting in the lobby and watched them politely and professionally apologize to a customer who had to return because of a problem from earlier servicing. They took a look at the situation, they agreed that something had come loose and took care of this gentleman. They didn't charge me to confirm that a screw in my tire had not gone all the way through the tread. Service done right, go here.

Had to get two new tires went to my local Conrad's and had a wonderful experience. The folks there took good care of me made sure I understood everything that my vehicle needed done or maybe should have done to it. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They have knowledgeable texts and specialize in automotive repair and maintenance. They charge prices closer to dealership prices but they also stand behind their work and you never have to worry if it's been done right.

This place charged me $140 dollars for a diagnostics test plus another $70 to replace a simple battery terminal. Turned out to be the alternator which was replaced at a different garage. I feel like a “one hour” diagnostic test would’ve caught that. The manager was rude, unhelpful and without remorse. Save time and money and go somewhere else. Somewhere you won’t be taken advantage of. PS~ the garage that actually fixed it said he would’ve charged me under $50 for all of that. There are angels out there.

Took my car for an oil change. They never changed the cap on my motor they're disposable, so you have to change the cap every time and my motor seized up had to put a new motor in my car, if I could give them a 0 star rating, I would They are very slow.Very unsatisfied never again and very lazy .
