Bad services. My truck was referred to this place for repair by another place and that this shop will take in my truck for repair. I was told the owner will call me to to discuss about my truck repair but never hear from. Went by two times to see the owner but he just gave me an excuses not to see me. Definitely not a business friendly place to do business with.

Tech missed a spot weld and broke shocks to hood. When asked to correct both tech and receptionist were very unprofessional and used profanity. Paid 2K$ for repairs that were either half done or done terribly. Very unprofessional.

I'm impressed! Had 3 estimates on fender repair to my Maxima.Two shops said had to replace fender and it would take a week. Vince at Clovis Body & Paint said it did not need to be replaced and it would take a couple of days. Also said when they were done it would look like nothing ever happened and his estimate was half of the other shops. Picked up my car today and it does look like nothing happened...looks perfect! Highly recommend Clovis Body & Paint. Thank you Vince!

My truck has been there since October. The manager at the time Vince attempted to make a DMV change on the title in August. When called he said they were "waiting on parts" the truck has plenty of available parts that can be overnighted. Today I found out that Vince had been let go due to stealing from the company. The new manager is very nice and we'll see what happens. But I should of be contacted about situation with the truck.

Horrible experience, will never return or recommend. Job was not completed, a spot weld was missed. Radiator was not secured down due to them forgetting to put a mount back on. And one of the welds popped off after only 2 days. My hood struts were working fine when it went into the shop and now they are broken.

So I took my vehicle there about 8 months ago and it was for the right front quarter panel everything came out great, got pictures of that. So now because they did a good job last time, so I brought car back to do the rear bumper rear drivers side quarter panel, and trunk, well it almost came out worse than it went in.. my opinion. So there main problem is they don't know how to communicate with there customers, you call and leave messages and no one answered the phone or will return your calls. I had called on the 13th of March and Andrew said my car would be ready on Thursday the 16th at latest on the 17th Friday. The next time that I spoke with them is when I came back from Arizona from a work trip to come pick up my vehicle on the 22nd and the lady was saying something about something you they didn't get ahold of insurance company and that the guy was gone for a week, I responded that's your guys issue not mine and come to find out to have my car for 2.5 weeks and didn't really do anything. Disappointed as I said I do have pictures. Regardless of how ownership or management responds I have all the proof to dispute everything that they're saying.. also they were way off on their color match so you do have different colors on my vehicle now which is very disappointing, I have pictures of that too, also the scratches that are now my vehicle because of their irresponsibility, also when they put my car back together my gas cap has some more difficult time coming off because it did not place everything in there straight, as a professional company would do. Don't take your vehicle here.
